Heavenly Sunshine is a gorgeous this newly and completely remodeled four-bedroom plus bunk room home that comfortably sleeps twelve. In this custom-designed, spacious and bright home, there are luxury features and six balconies located off all living and sleeping areas. Heavenly Sunshine is well-situated in the most Southeastern corner of the Seacrest Beach Community, close to both the pool as well as the numerous restaurants and shops of the Seacrest Beach and Rosemary Beach Communities. A free tram to and from the beach is included in this community.

The home features two master suites with king beds, one located on the first floor and the other one located on the second floor. A built-in twin bunkbed is located right outside the second-floor master bedroom for families with little ones. The second floor also has two guest bedrooms with queen beds as well as a large, shared hallway bathroom. The third floor consists of another twin bunkbed for older children to enjoy their own space.

The kitchen is an entertainer’s dream, well-appointed with the tools and new appliances needed for those who want to cook while at the beach. The beautiful, large island that looks out on the dining and living area has four stools, creating a wonderful space for enjoying family and friends over food and drink. The large dining table, under its whimsical oyster-shell chandelier, comfortably seats ten. A spacious deck and patio area, surrounded by beautiful landscaping and outdoor lighting offers a perfect space for relaxing and cooking on the grill.
Heavenly Sunshine is located on a corner lot so it not only has its own driveway which can accommodate two vehicles, it also has parking along the side of the house. The house has an outdoor shower for those who like to shower off after their day at the beach as well as a staging area just inside the door with convenient shelves and bench. FREE WI-FI.

In addition to the massive, resort-style pool, green spaces and trails, the Seacrest Beach Community also offers a complimentary tram service to the beach and pool, always helpful for little ones, grandparents and those who just want a tram ride. One of the tram stops is conveniently located right outside the back door of Heavenly Sunshine. For those preferring to walk, the beach access is a short four-block walk along palm tree lined sidewalks, while the pool is about two-and-a-half blocks away. The tram service as well as most other services operate from March through November, and the majority of the restaurants and shops are open year-round. There is a grill and bar at the pool and the bike rental shop is one block from the house. Beach chairs and beach fire pits can be arranged through vendors. Guests of Heavenly Sunshine and all homes in Seacrest Beach are assessed an Amenity Fee which allows the guests to use the trolleys, swimming pool, and other amenities and to also have beach access. Guests (eight years and older) are provided a wristband upon arrival as indication that they have paid the fee which has been collected as part of the Host Fee.
