    Zoek ontspanning in dit compleet gerenoveerde en prachtig onderhouden 2BR 2BA draadloos internet appartement. De woon-, eetkamer en keuken beschikken over brede witte houten wanden, antieke grenen meubels, houten vloeren vergezeld van grote natuurlijke jute tapijten, allemaal met een neutrale inrichting die doet denken aan het zand en de zee. Vanaf het balkon op de 2e verdieping kunt u genieten van het uitzicht op het prachtige zwembad en de spa met waterval en uitzicht op de Golf. Wij zijn een complete deelnemer aan schoon linnengoed - ALLE linnengoed inclusief dekbedden gewassen bij elke kassa. Het grote balkon is perfect om te lezen of te dineren en met de volledig uitgeruste keuken, roestvrijstalen apparaten en een grote wasmachine en droger, zult u alle gemakken van thuis hebben.
Dit 108-kamer appartementencomplex is slechts 4 verdiepingen hoog en beschikt over 600 meter privé wit zandstrand en een enorm lagunezwembad van 6.500 m² met tropische eilanden en watervallen. Andere voorzieningen zijn een bubbelbad, een kinderbad, een bar en grill aan het strand, buitengrills, tennisbanen, speelterrein en fietspaden. Dit is een fantastisch complex voor gezinnen, omdat uw kinderen vrij rondlopen en u gerust bent over hun veiligheid achter de ingesloten poorten van het complex.
Eten en drinken voor het zwembad en het strand zijn beschikbaar via Crabby Steve's.
Lente en zomer hebben uitgebreide watersporten (paddleboards, surfplanken, kleine zeilboten, etc.) en watersportlessen evenals beachvolleybal.
Strandvuurtjes zijn verkrijgbaar via de strandservice. Alle units, het zwembadgedeelte en het restaurant beschikken over gratis breedband-WiFi
     Het fietspad, dat vlak voor het pand loopt, kronkelt over de gehele 18 mijl van Scenic Highway 30-A. Langs je rit passeer je de schattige kustgemeenschappen van Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Seaside, Watercolor en Grayton Beach. Er zijn veel winkels en restaurants en gratis concerten voor het hele gezin om van te genieten. Sorry GEEN HUISDIEREN en NIET-ROKERS.

Absolutely amazing! High Pointe is a wonderful place to vacation. The unit we stayed in was beautifully decorated and very clean. The owner (Julie) is very responsive. We have vacationed in the area for almost 10 years and this was by far the nicest place. The beach is private and not crowded. The quaint shops/restaurants/bars across the street was one of the main reasons I chose High Pointe. So much to see without ever getting in our car. That is vacation!!!There are only two items I would like to point out to those reading this. Not negative just things you need to knowThere are no curtains in the living areaIf you plan to have someone sleep on the pullout sofa….they will wake up with the sun around 5:30amThe other item is the primary bedroom mattress is FIRM. If you do not like Firm, you will have issues. Neither of these were items to complain about to Julie because there would be nothing she could do about it. I am posting it here for future renters to consider. I loved this rental and recommend it 100%

Spring Break March/April 2025

Lovely, clean, updated condo. Well-stocked kitchen and nice view from patio. Premier location in Rosemary Beach, easily walk to shops and restaurants. Crabby Steve’s is a great lunch spot and we loved the private beach with chair/umbrella set up included. We would definitely stay here again. One major disappointment was that the pool was closed for most of our stay (5 of 7 days) pending a repair. This is outside of the owner’s control, of course, but it was disappointing nonetheless, particularly for families visiting for spring break and hoping to enjoy time at the pool. The owner was highly responsive to our concerns.

Beautiful beaches, pool, and property

Excellent beach vacation. Property boasted of a lovely private beach with beach chairs and umbrella included. Pool was huge but unheated. Accommodations were newly renovated, very clean with everything needed for a convenient week. Porch overlooked the pool with beach views. Excellent communication with owner. There was construction during the stay however, between the owner and VRBO, we were fairly compensated. With the gates are tennis / paddle ball courts and a child playground. 5 min walk outside the gates has plenty of beachy stores and very nice restaurants. Gallions is a must for dinner. Overall, highly recommended.

Great family spring break - as advertised

Ideal location - beach front & within easy walking distance to Rosemary shops and restaurants. The condo overlooks the pool with partial ocean view from balcony. It was clean upon checkin and came with all the necessities for a 4 night stay. The bell carts and shopping cart kept in the lobby were helpful for bringing up luggage and groceries. Julie was very communicative through out the process. No issues to report.

Perfect Rosemary Experience

Julie was great to work with from start to finish. She was quick to respond to any questions that we had. The condo was perfect, ideally located on the second floor with quick access to both the elevator and stairs. The deck looks immediately out over the pool and also gives you a nice ocean view right over top of Crabby Steve's...you should absolutely hit up CS's for food and drinks. The condo comes with two chairs and an umbrella which can be put out for you by the beach staff each morning. These are placed along the beach immediately below High Pointe, Rosemary Beach is a small walk down the beach. We had a great experience with Julie and her condo and High Pointe made for a memorable experience for our family. Strong Recommend!

Perfect Beach Week

We had a great week at High Pointe! The unit was very clean and comfortable. We really loved the location, the pool and the less crowded beach (compared to Seacrest Beach just down a bit). We would stay here again. Julie was great to work with and responded quickly to questions.

Amazing stay!

My family and I have been visiting 30A and Rosemary/Seacrest beaches for years. Julie's place at High Pointe has been one of our favorite places we've stayed at, yet! The place was very clean. It was also one of the most convenient given that there is direct beach access with front row umbrellas as well as a very clean and large pool. Crabby Steve's has great food and drinks and makes it very easy to spend a day at the beach, grab lunch and drinks, and then hit up the pool for the remainder of the afternoon. The gated community, tennis/pickleball courts, and kids playground also makes for fun additions if people are looking for a break from the water. It's right in the heart of Seacrest across the street from Peddlers, as well as a short walk just down to Alys Beach for dinner, cocktails, etc. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Great location

We went for the first time and didn't know what to expect. If you want to be near Rosemary but don't want to pay the price tag that comes with Rosemary, this is a great alternative. It's literally a 5 min walk to main st Rosemary. However this condo def isn't as pretty if that matters to you. It kind of looks like a motel on the outside. But who cares, you can take pictures to either side in Rosemary or Alys :) The beach with the chair set up was a nice add on, but a table is not provided as the listing said, only 2 chairs and umbrella. a table is additional $10 a day. Some things that could be improved though is if some beach towels were provided, there were none. And for people who are flying in, bringing huge towels in a suitcase isn't an option, buying them to leave them is wasteful. Also just fyi if you're going with small kids, there's no beach toys or anything extra provided at the condo, so plan for that. Also just a gripe with Vrbo, I wish this listing was also listed somewhere else because Vrbo fees are just ridiculous. More than 1/3 of the total price.

Wonderful week in Seacrest Beach!

We had a wonderful, fun and relaxing week in Seacrest Beach! Our family of 4 (kids ages 13 and 10) thoroughly enjoyed the condo. It was extremely clean, perfect size for our group, well stocked with kitchen necessities and the location could not have been better! Full size laundry was huge plus too. The view of the pool and ocean were wonderful and great for relaxing on the balcony. The short walk to the pool and beach were so easy and convenient. Crabby Steve's was the absolute best! We had lunch there multiple times and sunset dinners at least 4 nights during our stay. The convenience of everything was truly worth every penny spent. The added security with the wrist bands ensured the crowds were low. And the included beach chair set up was fantastic! So easy and convenient! Truly relaxing. Rosemary Beach was less than a 5 minute walk down the street. We enjoyed Peddlers Pavilion so much! It was a super short walk across the street with lots of great choices for food (breakfast, pizza, ice cream even a small grocery store), live music and nice shops for souvenirs. Bike rental on site and pickle ball courts were also an added benefit! Julie was super helpful and very proactive with information about our stay. We had all the info we needed and she was accessible during our stay. We will definitely be back! The only disappointment was that the pool was not heated during our stay (late March).

My family and myself had a wonderful beach vacation at the condo, the location cannot be beat. The second floor is a quick walkup with no outside traffic and it's high enough to give a view of the gulf! The condo is beautifully appointed and the owner Julie is helpful, and easy to communicate with (her restaurant recommendations were spot on). All of the furniture is comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with everything that we needed. We walked and rode bikes just about everywhere, as Rosemary Beach proper and Alys beach are very close and Seacrest amenities are just across the street! Having a restaurant like Crabby Steve's onsite and steps from us was a real plus-it's very good!! Another great amenity was having bike rentals right on site. Thank you Julie for a lovely week and for sharing your beach home with us!
