The home also includes a half bathroom.

· Up to 2 short-term vehicle parking passes may be purchased for $25 per vehicle.
· Wristbands for amenities are $20 per guest per stay.
· This home is equipped with one (1) external security camera, located on the front door and actively monitoring the home’s entrance and parking area.

• No pets allowed.
• DO NOT have any doors or windows open while the AC is on to avoid HVAC damage.
