'There’s construction and there’s noice since 7:30 am and keep going the rest of the day. Hotel prohibited to guests make noice before 10 am (but they do) or you pay a $1,000 fine. 'We stayed at this condo for our daughter’s national dance competition at the convention center inside Edgewater Resort. The location was perfect and the condo was very clean and comfortable. It was well stocked with cookware, storage, and great amenities and we really enjoyed our stay! It’s also a short walk to the beach and the resort runs a shuttle between both sides of the resort. The rental agency also does a great job of communicating. We would definitely stay here again if we come...

'Great vacation condo.The cons: It does show a little more wear and tear than the photos show. Just small things. Also bring your muscles..the sliding door is a little tough to open.The pros: It was so clean! And so many towels which was really nice. The kitchen was great - super clean amd pretty much all you need (except for a pizza pan - although there is a pizza cutter). The TV in the living room is much larger than the photos show. 'Great location, nice property. Close to Rosemary and Alys beach. Great looks, private beach. The only negative is that I reached out to the property several times prior to the trip with no response and it is a cashless property. The waitress did not tell us that and took 100 cash which included pur meal and tip . She thought 100 was her tip. The bartender informed us cashless and helped us get the money back. Other than that the pls e was beautiful ! Lots of hiking trails nearby also!'
