The beach is mere steps away and it can be accessed by the boardwalk on the Gulf side of the building. Front Beach Road is all about entertainment and incredible dining options from snack bars and seafood markets to the famous Dusty's Oyster Bar!

LIVING AREA

The living room features a plush sectional sofa with seating for six and direct access to your private balcony – one of the largest balconies of any building in Panama City Beach! A cable-ready flatscreen TV makes the living area a perfect place for everyone to kickback and unwind.

Create a gourmet meal in the fully equipped kitchen with ample counter space and a full suite of stainless-steel appliances. The primary bedroom features a comfy king-size bed, ample storage in the dresser and closet, a flat-screen TV, and an ensuite primary bathroom. The primary bathroom features a glass standing shower perfect for unwinding after a long day at the beach.

The guest bedroom contains a queen-size bed, plenty of storage, and a flat-screen TV for your entertainment.

A second full bathroom featuring a bathtub/shower combination sits attached to the guest bedroom and accessible from the living room.

CONDO AMENITIES

This condo features a full-size washer and dryer to take care of your swimsuits at the end of a day at the beach.

A starter set of toiletries is included with every guest stay and includes paper towels, toilet tissue, shampoo, body wash and bar soap for each bathroom, laundry soap for the washer and dryer, dishwasher soap, and liquid dish soap.

PARKING

This condo has one reserved parking space allotted. Overflow parking is available across the street in the north parking deck, but space is extremely limited and not guaranteed. We strongly recommend guests bring only one car when possible. The garage clearance height is 7-feet. Your parking passes and wristbands are included in the cost of your reservation and no additional fees will be due.

THE AREA

This fantastic west end resort ensures direct access to the soft, white sandy beaches of PCB, convenient access to grocery stores, and just a short drive to local attractions like Ripley's Believe It or Not, Wonder Works and Shipwreck Island. Be sure to check out some of the local's favorite eateries including Salty Sue's, Mike's Café & Oyster Bar, The Sandbar, or a quick bite at Coconut's. Visit Thomas's Donuts and Ice Cream with views of the beach; don't get discouraged by the lines – it's worth the wait!

If you want to venture away from the resort's ample supply of fun things to do, head to Pier Park, the area's 900,000 square foot shopping and entertainment hub.
