Across from the property lies Cobia Reef, an artificial reef teeming with marine life, perfect for paddleboarding or guided tours. Inside, the living space features a cozy arrangement of a living room with modern amenities including cable TV and high-speed Wi-Fi, dining area, and a fully-equipped kitchen.



Step out onto the balcony through sliding glass doors to savor morning coffee amidst tranquil views of lush trees and distant ocean sounds.
