Surrounded by ample porches, wooden boardwalks, and Adirondack chairs, Joben Cottage features a chic, remodeled vibe with a laid-back, luxurious style. The main level of Joben Cottage is open and airy, with sky-high ceilings and lots of creamy, neutral tones. In the living area, there’s a plush sofa and four overstuffed armchairs surrounding the large HDTV. Overhead, the ceilings are finished in natural wood tones, and in the corner, there’s a cozy fireplace flanked by huge glass doors that allow the natural sunshine inside. A pleasing mix of classic finishes and modern artwork create a chic space to kick back and recharge.
Around the corner lies the large, gourmet kitchen that’s ideal for preparing homemade meals or simply heating up leftovers from a nearby cafe. Custom sea glass-colored cabinets are topped with gleaming granite countertops. Premier appliances include a double wall oven, gas range, dishwasher, and a SubZero refrigerator, as well as a porcelain farmhouse sink. There’s seating at the peninsula bar as well as the formal dining table nearby.
The first bedroom suite is located on the main level and features a king-size four-poster bed, HDTV, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub, double vanities, and a step-in shower. Upstairs on the second level, another bedroom suite includes a king-size bed, fireplace, HDTV, kitchenette, ensuite bathroom, and doors leading out to the balcony.
A third bedroom is a custom bunk room with two built-in, twin-over-twin size bunks and an HDTV. The fourth bedroom includes a twin-size bed over a twin-sized trundle, and the fifth bedroom has a queen-size bed and a full ensuite bathroom. Stairs lead up to the third floor and an open, loft-style space with birds-eye views of the neighborhood that also doubles as a sitting area, office, or flexible sleeping space.
Inspired by elegant southern homes of the French Quarter, Joben Cottage is surrounded by generous covered porches that are accessible from nearly every room. Your whole group will love serving up cool drinks and relaxing on the veranda while watching the world go by. There’s also an alfresco dining area with an outdoor dining space and a gas grill, as well as an outdoor shower for rinsing off sandy toes. And when it’s time to hit the beach, grab a casual lunch, or indulge in a romantic date night out, you’re only a few steps away from nearly everything Rosemary Beach has to offer.
