Sugar Beach is een van de exclusieve familiegebieden aan het strand aan de wereldberoemde Thomas Drive. Geen lange rijen te wachten op liften, lopen tot aan de voordeur, op slechts enkele minuten van de parkeerplaats naar het krijgen vestigde zich in voor uw verblijf. On-site is er een zoetwatermeer, die een unieke kans om wild te zien geeft. Ook zijn er twee goed onderhouden verlichte tennisbanen, shuffleboard, basketbal en grillen gebied samen met het grote strand kant zwembad.

De enorme clubhuis heeft een grote oceaan zonnedek om te ontspannen, zonnen en genieten van het uitzicht op de oceaan, waar je een paar dolfijnen kan kijken zwemmen door. Het clubhuis is gevuld met een ping-pong tafel, 2 pooltafels en veel arcade games voor jonge gasten. De gronden hebben grote grasvelden en lopen manieren wat een leuke afwisseling van de typische beton en staal ontwikkeling.

Deze unit is erg handig park recht voor je unit en op het strand voordat de meeste high-rise gasten op hun lift kunnen stappen. De master bedroom is voorzien van een king-size bed met de badkamer en 2e slaapkamer met 2 queen-size bedden. Dit appartement beschikt over een volledig uitgeruste keuken, een ruime woonkamer met een queen size slaapbank, en een eethoek. Linnengoed zijn aanwezig, maar breng uw eigen strand handdoeken, zonnecrème en een goed boek. Dit toestel is zeer ruim en open, smaakvol ingericht, goed ingericht en onderhouden.

Our stay was amazing! Right on the beach and next to the pool. We loved being walking distance to shopping, food and had access to a grocery store not far away. Will be booking a trip again soon.

Not what I was expecting

Soon as we arrived at the location the owner sent us the wrong gate code to even get into the parking lot so we had to wait for someone to leave for us to get in. We called owner several times no answer. The lady at the front desk told me the gate code was wrong/old from a few years ago. Finally when we made it to the room door we had another code that was needed to get in and that code was also wrong!! Called the number it said to call for issues in regards to the code…no answer!! Called another number and a man was nice and patient and told me the code had been changed. When we entered the room it seemed pretty nice like the pics desecribed. When I walked into the bedroom i noticed there was a lot of sand on the floor. I understand that it can be difficult to clean up the floors from sand but this was quite noticeable. Beds were decent. Bathroom was okay…the vents in the bathroom to help with moisture did not work at all!! Also the ac vent in the master bedroom did not work and it got very hot!! Tv also did not work in the master bedroom!! I did read previous reviews about roaches in this condo and tried to ignore. In the middle of the night I went to bathroom and saw roaches!!! I have never had this issue staying in a condo! I will probably not stay here again!! This condo is a bit overpriced with all the issues we had!!!

Perfect Stay

We stayed in the condo July 19-23. Great size unit and the views were awesome! Such a short walk to the beach and not crowed at all compared to the larger complexes on either side. We enjoyed being away from the traffic and crowds that you get when you stay "in the middle of the strip". It is an older unit and a few upgrades are needs but all in all a great place to stay.

Amazing place to stay!

Honestly probably one of the best places we have stayed and we have been coming to PCB for years! It's super quiet and not crowded at all! We had a perfect view of the ocean and the location was great! You could walk to so many places. It was also very clean! Will definitely stay here again!

This unit is nice but we did have issues. We stayed for 28 days. We were without heat and AC for 13 of those days. The managers of the property were great to deal with but they need to communicate everything with the owner. She does not respond promptly. The TV in the living room goes on and off at whim -- loses connection all the time. The tvs in the bedrooms work fine. The breaker in the kitchen kicks out regularly and the fan in the spare bath does not work. After the fiasco with the heat and AC we just lived with it.

Great home and perfect location!

This home has all the things! The owners thought of everything, from beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, paper products, condiments, and coffee!!! We loved the back porch, playing corn hole with the kids. It’s also close to many of our favorite restaurants, the Naval base, and the beach was less than a 5 minute walk. Home was immaculate and beds comfy. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. We will be back!

Our rental experience from start to finish was professional and courteous. We were well informed in advance about every aspect of our stay and everything went as we expected. Needs furniture updates but otherwise great

First the great, location is amazing, you are literally on the beach. There is no elevator, no crowds to fight over really anything. Bathrooms are nice and pretty updated. Great water pressure, deep tub, very convenient if you have young kids. Kitchen stuffed with anything you may need. Beds were pretty comfortable. In one bedroom you have kind bed and other two full beds, perfect for kids. Now not so great, the furniture, sofa and chairs need to be updated. Overall excellent stay.

Family vacation

We've come to this complex before and absolutely love like feeling at home. This unit was by far the best one we've stayed in. Only wish there was better lighting in the bedrooms, they were a bit on the darker side. The views were stunning and way better than any picture can portray. The view was amazing! The listing was accurate. The only problem was trying to register when we got there and there were dirty dishes. Everything else was great while we were there and was nice to not have to deal with people. The code that we received for the gate entrance was also wrong.

Awesome spot on planet earth

We absolutely loved Panama City Beach. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff at 4Star condo services was outstanding! We had such a wonderful time on the property, especially the beach access is outstanding! The only thing I noticed the whole time that I didn’t love was the elevators. Several elevators were out, and waiting thirty floors for one or two elevators was not great. That said everyone was friendly, and the short wait wasn’t to terrible, I would just pick a lower floor in case stairs were needed. Beautiful condo, great property!

Surgar Beach Condos

I’ve been renting in Panama City Beach for 20 years and this unit was by far the worst I’ve ever stayed in. Sliding glass door frame was broke, Chair in living room was broke, the electrical outlets in both bathrooms are so worn that they won’t hold the hair dryer plug, and half the drawers in both bedrooms are falling apart. This is an older unit so one can expect wear. But the worse thing about his unit is the filthiness. The worn out furniture was so stained that my 2 teenage daughters would not sit on any of it. And the floors are so dirty, that when you walk across them your feet are black. The concrete on the balcony is black from the filth. Four Star Condo Services will respond to this and say they cleaned the stained furniture which they did on my last day there. But afterward the worn out furniture was still stained. The worse part of all this is how I was treated by Four Star Condo Services. I asked for compensation for the troubles I went through during my stay. And they did offer me a small amount. But in return I was asked to sign a document that I would “not report or distribute any negative reviews, posts, or press” regarding this unit. I chose not to get compensated. Also note that if you rent this unit through VRBO you’ll pay extra fees because it’s managed by Four Star Condo Services. The only positive thing about this unit is location. It’s walking distance to two good restaurants and an ice cream shop.
