Excellent direct ocean view

-Very detailed check-in and parking information from the owner on a timely manner.-Unit was clean and all the necessary kitchen items were available.-A large balcony with a direct ocean view was awesome!. -Master bedroom also has direct ocean view.-Only steps away from the beach that can be accessed through the gate near to the pool.-Overall great experience for our 2 days stay. I would definitely recommend this for a stay at PCB.

It was a nice stay except when we arrived at the condo @ 4:00 the lady was still cleaning its to hot to be sitting outside and waiting they should have done had it cleaned way before 4:00 cause our check was at 4.

Our stay was great! The condo is beautiful and the view of the beach and the pier was perfect for the 4th!! Having an infant it was nice to be able to watch the fireworks from the room. It was super easy to get ahold of the owner and they were very quick to help with what we needed. Our family enjoyed our vacation and couldn’t have asked for better accommodations!!

We really enjoyed staying here! The condo was beautiful and the views from the balcony were amazing! The condo complex is easily accessible. The location is great because the beach is not crowded. Even with double red flags the entire vacation, we still had a great time! Owner is nice and responsive.

Great Place to stay

This property is excellent. We really loved the location, easy access in and out. Security was great, we never felt unsafe all times of the day and night. The condo is very comfortable and well equipped. We loved it here. The contactless check in was fabulous, the communication was great, the pool was fun, but the view from this balcony is stunning. We were very sad to leave, but we will be back!

Fall getaway

We had a Wonderful trip. The balcony view was amazing! The condo was clean and had plenty of space! I was concerned with elevator wait times but it was not a problem at all! All of the information we needed for our stay was organized in an email will the areas highlighted making it easy to find the codes or information needed. We were having such a great time that we extended our stay which was very easy! Anytime I had a question I simply emailed and the response was very quick, which I appreciated ! We will definitely be back!

Excellent location!

The room was nice with everything we needed for our stay. The location is in the middle of everything and we could walk to some of the restaurants and activities. As many stated the elevator was ridiculous but since you're only on the 3rd floor, you can use the stairs. All in all, it was a great place to stay.

Although we did have a few issues the property owner responded immediately and was quick to offer help and fix the issues immediately! We were very happy with our stay and the condo and view were amazing. We took care of the issues ourself and just notified the owner except for the tv issue which we couldn’t fix. However, she responded quickly and we wanted her to be aware of the issue as soon as possible. We will definitely be back to stay in this condo as it’s perfect for our family and the location is amazing as far as beach and for all amenities. We highly recommend.

It's okay

I gave the property 3 stars just because the responsiveness of the owner was really good. While we were driving to the condo the owner called and stated the unit wouldn't be cleaned on time for check in but we made some stops so it wasn't a big deal. When we arrived onsite most of the parking was taken but we were able to find a spot. The elevators here are a disaster. Just like the other posts have stated the wait for an elevator could be 10 maybe 15 minutes. Access was simple and worked perfectly. When we got inside the place seemed nice but the unit looked like it had not been cleaned so well. There was still sand from the previous rental all over the floor throughout the unit. The rug in the living room looked like it should have been replaced years ago. The couch had a major stain on it. The front bedroom was nice and everything looked good but the Master bedroom had dried blood on the comforter. This was a family trip so I had my 3 year old with me and we noticed no child proof locks on the doors and thought that was strange considering the entire building was full of families with small children. Day 2 a toilet stopped functioning properly so I called the owner and he was right on it. The view and the gulf was beautiful as expected and is the best part about this trip. There is plenty to do and good restaurants near by. I would not stay here again. I think this is made more for people who like to party because intoxicated people were everywhere. If partying is what you are looking for this is your place. I was giving VRBO one last chance but I think I will start going back to the Resorts when I vacation.
