  • Gelegen aan de Golf front op snelweg 30A in Seacrest, B202 is een 2e verdieping appartement dat een adembenemend 180 graden uitzicht op de witte suiker zandstranden en smaragdgroene wateren van de Golf van Mexico heeft.

    De privéoase genaamd Monterey ligt tussen Rosemary Beach en Seagrove Beach. Breng uw volgende vakantie door op het afgeschermde balkon en bekijk de prachtige zonsopgangen en zonsondergangen, speel in het zand en surf of duik in het verwarmde zwembad.

    Dit onlangs gerenoveerd 3. 5 slaapkamers, 3 badkamers hoekeenheid 8 personen. Het beschikt over een kingsize master suite met toegang tot het balkon en een designbadkamer met dubbele wastafels, granieten werkbladen, een bubbelbad en een grote inloopdouche. Er is een tweede slaapkamer met een kingsize bed en een slaapkamer met een queensize bed en een eigen badkamer en een stapelbed in de eigen alkoofkamer. De open concept woonkamer heeft een gastronomische keuken met nieuwe granieten werkbladen, roestvrij keukenhulpmiddelen en een eiland met bar voor drie personen naast een eethoek voor zes personen en een familiekamer met toegang tot het afgeschermde gemeubileerde balkon.

    Het rustige complex met 24 units biedt privéparkeergelegenheid. Gasten kunnen genieten van fietsen of wandelen naar het strand van Rosemary en Alys om te winkelen en dineren op minder dan 3,2 km afstand naar het oosten. Het is ook handig voor fantastische restaurants en winkels in de nabijgelegen gemeenschappen van Seagrove en Seaside, die 6 mijl naar het westen liggen. Als u op zoek bent naar een plek om samen met uw gezin te ontspannen, te verkennen en herinneringen te creëren, is uw zoektocht voorbij!

Even though it rained just about our entire stay, we couldn’t have picked a better place to spend our weekend at! It was definitely one of the best places we have stayed, and the view, just wow! Will be back in the future!

This is our 6th time to 30A. Monterey Condos has a beautiful, easy to walk to beach. The view is amazing! The condo is well furnished and had everything we needed including very comfortable beds. We had plenty of room for 6 adults and a toddler. I understand that sand is hard to clean up, but the floors and porch really could have been cleaned better before arrival. Overall, it was a fantastic place to stay and we would love to visit again!

This was the BEST place ever! It was 3 bedrooms PLUS 2 bunk beds in a cute little hideaway in the hallway. It was super easy to access the beach so we were not worried about carrying everything at one time. We absolutely cannot wait to go back!!!! Thank you for sharing your condo with us!!

We did have some issues when we arrived that included a broken light fixture and broken light switch which were quickly fixed. Did have issues with A/C not cooling down until late in the evening. Not having curtains in living room may have been part of issue. Plenty of space for our family. Ample parking. Also nice having 2 propane grills on site

Great Ocean View and Beach Accessability

Second floor view provides excellent180 degree view of beach. Great layout for family interaction. Had a couple maintenance issues which were quickly addressed by property owner.

The kitchen was sparsely equipped, but we were only here for a few days and ate out a good bit. The condo was comfortable and nicely decorated. Breathtaking Views

Unbelievable view the second you walk down the hallway. The balcony is spacious, and the condo was so cute. Access to the condo, pool, and beach was so easy! Great bed/bath configuration with the bunk situation. The complimentary beach chair rental was amazing! Only 2 gripes, which didn’t deter us from having a great time, are the WIFI was spotty at times when some of us were doing work on laptops, and the kitchen isn’t stocked great with oven mitts, kitchen towels, and measuring spoons. Bring trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and Kleenex - I know those are things you typically have to supply in a rental, so just FYI!

Condo was in a perfect location and access to beach was awesome. The reason for a 3 star rating was that the microwave was broken and it took 2 days for the condo management to bring a working one to condo. This was a real inconvenience with a baby. The washer and dryer did not work, this was reported and was never fixed. Also the ice maker never worked.

The complex had a construction dumpster holding household trash. It was there the entire week as it was piled up past the top of container. This was very unsanitary. I’m surprised this is allowed.

Having a gated community added to the experience, eliminating any parking issues one might ever encounter. Our condo B202 was beautifully appointed, with incredible views. The bedding was so comfortable and the ensuite baths were perfect! Beach chair set up daily was yet another luxury that we weren't accustomed to, and something that we will want going forward. We had no issues during our stay!Food choices in the area are wonderful! Our favorite by far was Cafe30A and Great Southern Cafe. Seaside will not disappoint!
