Eerste verdieping met toegang tot privézwembad

Deze Condo is beschikbaar met een minimum verblijf van een week. Check-in is zaterdag na vijftien en uitchecken is op de volgende zaterdag om 10 uur. Dit is een prachtige plek om te verblijven die niet lang beschikbaar zal zijn.
Grand Panama Beach Resort, is een van de nieuwste en meest luxueuze resorts in Panama City Beach. Bij aankomst in Grand Panama zul je de kwaliteit en speciale details van deze fantastische accommodatie opmerken.

Onze unit aan het strand bevindt zich op de 1e verdieping, met een patio naast het zwembad die exclusief is voor uw unit. Op een steenworp afstand van de BBQ Grill / Pool / Beach / Tiki Bar en Hot Tub. Alles in de eenheid is nieuw en was professioneel ingericht. Dit is een volledig ingerichte unit met 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers, met een ingegraven alkoofruimte. Deze accommodatie biedt een internetdienst en WiFi-toegang. 200

U zult genieten van dit luxe resort en alle voorzieningen. Het strand is prachtig en de accommodatie is prachtig met fantastische tropische landschapsarchitectuur. Bonefish Grill bevindt zich binnen 1/2 mijl. Fishing Pier ligt op loopafstand, evenals Waterpark, Shopping en Wine / Spirit Store.

Je kunt een dag op het strand doorbrengen, uit eten gaan, boodschappen doen, sporten of zwemmen in een van de 2 geweldige zwembaden. Er is ongeveer 55.000 vierkante voet aan winkels in Grand Panama om van te genieten. In de omgeving zijn veel bezienswaardigheden, winkels en restaurants.

We hebben flat screen tv's / dvd's in alle slaapkamers en in de woonkamer. U kunt thuis blijven en koken in de volledig ingerichte keuken, of een van de vele restaurants of eetgelegenheden in de omgeving of op het terrein bezoeken. Het uitzicht vanaf de particuliere patio met poorten is fantastisch en onbelemmerd. En op slechts een steenworp afstand van de Tiki Bar!

Geniet van de vele voorzieningen op het terrein, waaronder een full-service tiki-bar, seizoensgebonden strandservice en een eigen fitnesscentrum met twee zwembaden voor gasten.

The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

End of June Vacation

This was our 3rd time staying at the Grand Panama Resort, our first time on the first floor. It was great! Loved not having to wait for yhe elevator, my kids really enjoyed the quick proximity to the pool, and our dog loves coming with us. Check in was quick since we did the pre-registration as recommended by our hosts! We used the gym almost every day. The location is super great since traffic is not an issue at this location. We look forward to staying here again on the near future!

Beautiful Place to Stay

This property was everything the listing said it was. You could walk out your backdoor and the pool area was a few feet away. Walk a few more yards and you were on the beach. Richard, the property manager, was extremely helpful and accommodating (even when the older renters, like me, couldn't figure out the tv remote). The condo was well maintained, and the property's grounds were as well. This was a great place to stay.

Perfect 1st floor condo

We came for a baseball tournament and brought our mini golden doodle with us. We usually stay at a smaller condo with not many floors but there wasn’t anything available. I lucked up on this gem & am so happy I did. There are so many pluses about this condo: beds were comfortable, parking was right across the street, bathrooms were well stocked with towels, the kitchen was well stocked, there was plenty of space for 5 people but the BIGGEST plus was it being on the 1st floor! It was perfect to being right by the pool, a short walk to the beach, sitting on the balcony listening to the waves & the sunsets & no elevator to wait on. The host was very quick to respond if I had a question & was very nice. We didn’t want to leave it was so convenient. We would definitely book here again in the future.

Wonderful Property

Property is very well maintained. Loved that we were ground level, just steps from pool and beach! Beds were very comfortable, kitchen and laundry appliances were in good working order and updated. If you don’t like waiting on the elevator, this is your dream unit!

Best location ever!

We loved being on the 1st floor, facing the pool/beach. Any communication I made with the owner was acknowledged immediately. I really have zero complaints. There was plenty of room for my husband and I, two teens and 2 preteens and our dog. I was able to walk our small dog in the empty lot beside the hotel, where they even had doggy bags available for use. The room had everything we needed, even a good stash of supplies, such as laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, paper towels, etc. We did purchase extras at the nearby Walmart but didn't actually need much of it. There were extra blankets etc. We would definitely stay here again especially since you don't have to wait on an elevator!!! Nothing worse than spending your vacation waiting on elevators.

This property is well located, near pool & with beach views. Coffee, cocktails & cafe right across the street. We got to include our pet and the property was clean & comfortable with all the extras (blankets, nice bedding, extra toilet paper, paper towels, dishes, soaps, etc). Very well done rental, nicely maintained with the perfect spaces for everyone to spread out. Fantastic Location

When selecting this property I was looking for something on the first floor to keep from fighting with elevators. We were very pleased with the location, you could take 15 steps off the porch and be at the pool or tiki bar. The beach was only a bit farther. Room was very clean and exactly as described. Though the master bedroom states that it has a queen, I’m pretty sure it is a king sized mattress. We would gladly stay here again.

Perfect for my family

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was just as pictured. The location was perfect to met our needs of a family with 3 teenagers and my mother-in-law traveling with us. We also loved that it was on the first floor and we were able to walk right out to the pool and beach without waiting for an elevator. When the tv in the room my mother-in-law was staying in started messing up, we call the maintenance number provided, and he showed up with a brand new tv and hooked it up. The property owner Richard provided great communication before and during our stay. We will definitely be looking to stay here again in the future.

Terrible experience!!

TERRIBLE !!!... Arrived and property looked good. The condition of the condo itself was fine. My wife is handicapped and when booking this condo close proximity to the pool and the front entrance was very important!! Unfortunately front access blocked..pool closed..and my wife asked if she could just sit out by the pool and request was denied ...she can't go out to the beach or she would but loves the beach and ocean sounds...front entrance blocked to pressure wash and paint/repairs, etc. Now this was first week of October (fall break time) we were never informed of these issues until after check-in (we wouldn't have rented if informed) and would never expect that such maintenance repairs would be conducted at this time...condo above us was being remodeled/repairs...furniture moving...men talking etc. air compressors/ nail gun..starting at 4:30 a.m. !!!!! Terrible experience!! Can't blame property owner as much as VRBO... property owner did refund some money but VRBO has thus far has refused to refund any fees, etc. Including taxes we paid. We spent 2 nights (miserably I might add) I have called and called VRBO to get some fees etc. refunded but no success yet. Just am told they'll check on it but that's the end of it. I will continue to try to get partial reimbursement but will never rent through VRBO again. What they have done to should be criminal.... but they just ignore. We have rented through VRBO before and no problem...the point is they are great if no problem but when their is a problem...GOOD LUCK!!

Very nice condo! No waiting for elevators. Easy private access to swimming pool and beach access. Property was very clean and associates were very kind even the supervisor who knew the owner of our condo. Also parking was wonderful, never had to go above the second level of parking garage. Great place convenient first floor Location

Really had a good vacation the unit is good and we had a good time. If I was offering any minor things it would be the kitchen was a little under stocked. Lack of bowls and good knifes. There is a pretty loud sound each morning as they do the trash compactor. Sometimes at 6 am sometimes at 7 am. But pretty consistent before you would normally wake up when you are enjoying vacation. The master toilet is one of those small old types. Not a standard toilet. But the first floor is worth it. No elevators just walk out the back door. Love that and the bunk in the hall is perfect for more beds.
