***Waiver and $30 separate administration fee will be requested from guest, payable to 30A Gulf Carts (our golf cart leasing company) a few days before your arrival
- No parties allowed at this property. Vacation homes in the area may lose their rental license if parties occur.
- Rental agreement and security deposit between the guest and owner of the property will be required. Per our rental insurance, the person who signs our rental agreement must be 25 years or older and stay at the property.
- Walton County Short Term Rental License Number STR23-00828
- Owner/manager may request drivers license off AirBnb platform for liability purposes.
- A $300 security deposit will be collected the day before arrival and refunded four days after departure
