    Updates april 2019: nieuwe, comfortabele lederen fauteuil in de woonkamer voor heerlijke dutjes; Groen, woonkamer, fauteuil; Nieuwe, zachte, Jamison king matras en boxsprings voor de hoofdslaapkamer; Nieuwe bedden voor de grote slaapkamer; nieuwe balkon eettafel en stoelen; nieuw geschilderde balkonvloer.
    Updates 2018: nieuw geschilderde muren, nieuwe vloerbedekking in elke kamer.

    Unit 1208 bevat 2 GRATIS strandkussen ligstoelen en parasol van 15 maart tot 31 oktober. Ook, voor uw gemak, dit appartement beschikt over een GRATIS gereserveerde parkeerplaats onder het gebouw en dicht bij de liften evenals extra overloop parkeren aan de overkant.

    Wanneer je deze nieuw opgewaardeerde eenheid binnenstapt, word je getroffen door het prachtige uitzicht op de Golf van Mexico! Dankzij de open lay-out van het appartement heeft u vanuit bijna elke woonruimte dit uitzicht. De keuken is volledig uitgerust met alle gemakken van thuis, samen met prachtige granieten werkbladen en nieuwe kasten. De woonkamer heeft een flat-panel HDTV, prachtige nieuwe tegels en directe toegang tot uw extra grote balkon. Het balkon is de perfecte plek om te genieten van uw ontbijt en rustige middagen! Dit appartement is inclusief gratis wifi.

    De keuken is volledig uitgerust voor het bereiden van een heerlijk ontbijt of een heerlijk diner. Serveer iedereen aan de eettafel met plaats voor zes personen of aan de keukenbar. Of, nog beter, geniet van uw maaltijd op het ruime 10 voet diepe en 28 voet brede oversized balkon terwijl u geniet van het uitzicht op het strand, luisterend naar de golven, en hopelijk de dolfijnen bekijkend als zij zich afvragen.

    De master bedroom grenst aan het balkon en heeft een prachtig uitzicht op de Golf. Slaap met het geluid van de golven! De master heeft een eigen ensuite badkamer en televisie voor films die 's avonds laat worden bekeken in alle comfort. De logeerkamer biedt handig twee grote bedden en televisie. Beds are very comfortable. View of the beach is perfect. Balcony furniture is very comfortable. West end of PCB is quiet but still accessible to family activities: water park, restaurants, shopping, Pier Park, arcade. Parking garage is very important in hot weather. Turns are tight but we can still make it in our full size truck. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Visit information on the app is all inclusive and exceptional. We love this condo and will continue to come back to it.

My mother has late stage Parkinson's and Greta's was beyond wonderful in accommodating her special needs. The condo was clean, beautifully decorated and well equipped. The beach access was the easiest I have ever had. I could push the wheelchair right to the sand. Our beach chairs were just feet away from the ramp. I would highly recommend Greta's and Unit 1208 to anyone but especially to people with special needs.

Short stay

Tropic Winds was our go to for PCB. Our normal condo was already taken. This was a last minute trip I literally booked a week before arrival. Gretas beach rentals was easy to deal with and got back to us fast. The condo was clean and exactly as described. We go for the beach which Greta’s has no control over. The beach in the past was very clean however this trip it was cluttered with trash literally beer cans, plastic zip lock bags, too many to count plastic handles off of kids buckets and the amount of cigarette butts was ridiculous. We have been going to Tropic Winds since 2015 very disappointed in the cleanliness of the beach. We will a different condo next time and will use Gretas Beach rentals again

But, I requested no carpeting but there was thick carpeting throughout and rugs on top of that. My elderly mother wasn't able to push her walker on the carpeting. When I wiped down the leather chair, it was dirty as was the fan blades. The toilets were meant for kindergartners. I loved the master bedroom mattress, I would like the brand name. It was a very quiet condo. The parking garage is very scary going up/down the levels as are the tiny parking spots. Besides the flaws, we had a great vacation.

Normally there’s always something in a condo that we have to clean or wait on the cleaning company, I even brought some of my own cleaner from home. To my surprise, I never had to use them. Tropic Winds 1208 is probably the cleanest condo we have ever stayed in. We didn’t have to do anything but enjoy this beautiful condo! The staff at Greta’s beach rentals were very easy to work with and very nice. I would recommend Greta’s Beach Rentals to everyone coming to PCB. We have been going to PCB for along time and we love staying on the west end, a lot less crowded. I would definitely recommend Tropic Winds 1208!

The guest room had two full size beds giving the kids their own bed. The balcony was spacious with a large table and an excellent view of the beach and water. The kitchen had everything we needed. The layout is great with a closet for the beach supplies right by the door so you don't track so much sand. The condo had blankets, towels, extras that made it perfectly homey. Parking undercover to stay out of the sun was a bonus. The walk to the beach was short. This was the first time I had a question for the property management company and they were extremely responsive and professional.

1208 was a very nice condo. Everything was clean and looked newly renovated. There were a couple cabinet doors that the hinges need repair and Adam, our maintenance man came and repaired them the following morning. Much needed vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Thank you for the beautiful stay at your Tropic Winds 1208 condo during June. It was very nice and very clean and had the best view of the beach and so close to the pier. We ate and dined at the pier every night except the last night we ate at Wicked Wheel which has the best fried chicken I've ever had. I'm definitely coming back. So glad I found Greta's Beach Rentals because she saved me $850. Again, thank you for making our long awaited beach vacation wonderful.

Unit 1208 lived up to the descriptions & photos. Very clean. No smells at all. The furnishings were comfy & clean. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved the condo as well as the spectacular views. We used the lovely balcony for both eating and viewing. Living room furniture and master bedroom bed was very comfortable. We also liked the amenities included. We will definitely consider coming back next year!!
