    Geweldige locatie op de 2e verdieping aan de beroemde Thomas Dr. op een van de mooiste stranden in de VS. Panama City Beach staat bekend om zijn zuivere witte zandstranden en kristalheldere water van de Golf van Mexico. Slaapkamer heeft een eigen ingang naar het balkon met een prachtig uitzicht vanuit elke kamer. De eigenaar heeft een paar stoelen en een parasol gekocht, samen met een tent (let op, deze moeten elke dag worden teruggebracht als ze buiten het strand worden achtergelaten, zal patrouille weggooien)
    Veel extra's, waaronder een Keurig-koffiezetapparaat en een nieuw, standaard 8-kop koffiezetapparaat. (We like Coffee) Broodroosteroven, Magnetron en alle standaardapparatuur om uw verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken.
    Slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed met uitzicht op de Golf! Master bad heeft een aparte make-up ijdelheid uit de douche.
    Slaapkamer heeft een Queen size bed en een eigen ingang naar hal bad. Alle slaapkamers hebben tv's en de woonkamer.
    Woonkamer heeft een extra grote tV slaapbank 1 fauteuil en 2 zitstoelen. Eethoek heeft een tafel met plaats voor 6 en een ontbijtbar met plaats voor nog eens 2.
    Balkon op het B-gebouw zijn extra grote ontbijttafel en 2 stoelen, en nog 4 stoelen zodat iedereen kan zitten en genieten van het uitzicht.

We had our first stay at the dunes and will 100 percent be booking here for our next trip. We needed something convenient to the beach having a 3 month old and other kids. The condo was perfectly located right outside the elevator and it was a short walk to the pool and beach. The room was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed. Loved our stay here!

Would stay again. Very nice and clean place ro stay.

When we arrived the shower in the master bathroom was not working . But the maintenance manager got right on it and it was fixed the next day. The pools were very nice and not over crowded . Very short walk to the beach.

The owner new the building was undergoing extremely load and disruptive maintenance. It was extremely annoying and prohibited quiet stay. Overall unit could use better lighting and better box spring in both bedrooms.

Reviewer Comments: To be brutally honest the Condo is nice and it is our second year in this Condo.Last year was a very quiet laid back stay.This year not so much.Very loud lots of horseplay and rowdy kids in the pool. It became such an issue especially in the late evenings you couldn’t even take your small children to the pool due to the rowdiness.The tennis courts turned into a Teen Rec Center where kids unsupervised were yelling and shouting.This is a family oriented area and I couldn’t get over the noise level that carried all the way through 1AM.It was difficult to sleep.Overall this condo is great it is what is happening outside that is an issue.Hopefully the “security team” will make sure this issue doesn’t ruin it for others in the future.People go on vacation to relax and enjoy the beach.

There were no empty shelves for food. Also the pantry shelves were filled with more stuff like wicker baskets, etc. the condo needs to be decluttered. Every coffee and end table was full of nicknacks. There had to be 20 pillows filling the closets. The couches need replacing, when you sit down you sunk into the back. We used about 3 pillows each to sit properly. We noticed cigarette holes in outdoor furniture. The second bedroom was wall to wall tables, no place to put your clothes in. Fridge shelf was broken and towels stained which I reported right away. Only 2 tea towel.

Only complaints would be to have more trash bags in the condo, there was no dish soap for washing things in the sink or hand soap for washing your hands, and the condo still had sand on the ground from past visitors. The smaller room's ceiling fan did not work but wasn't a huge deal for us.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very glad I chose to stay here. It was only my 2 sons (17 &13) and myself and we all loved it. Right on the beach, quiet, clean, gated access to the hotel, perfect size, 2 bathrooms, unbelievably comfortable beds and all for a great price. Great location also. Next time we want to go on vacation I am most definitely going check with 4 star before anyone else. The 1 and only thing I didn't like is having to print out the paperwork then sign it and fax or email back. That was nothing major though and definitely not a deal breaker.
