This newly renovated beachfront condo in the heart of it all sleeps six thanks to a comfy, king size bed in the tropical master bedroom and two queen size beds in the second bedroom. There is a large reclining leather sectional sofa in the spacious living room with high ceilings.

The condo size and location was great. We enjoy being right on the beach and the heated pool and hot tub.My only complaint is that there wasn't much provided for household items. We were there for a week and there were only 2 trash bags provided, 1 roll of TP for each bathroom, and 2 dishwasher pods. Be prepared to pack or purchase those items if needed.

Best beach vacation

Weโ€™ve stayed at Ocean Villa (different units) for the last 4yrs and thereโ€™s a reason we keep coming back, the property is always well maintained, the units are gorgeous and the perfect size for us, the beach is not as crowded which is a huge plus and we LOVE walking across the street to Sunrise for breakfast or ice cream. We wonโ€™t stay anywhere else in PCB!

We had a good time.

When we first entered the property there was a very bad smell. Not sure what the source of the smell was but it eventually got better after a couple of days. It was quite bad, that when we left the room and got into a vehicle our clothes smelled like the room. Again after a couple of days this got better. Overall the property was nice. The location was great, perfect distance from grocery store and restaurants. The bed could be better. Beds are typically a disappointment at almost any property. Easy way to get good reviewsโ€ฆ. Have a nice bed to rest inโ€ฆ very simple. The checkout at 9AM was by far the worst part. I donโ€™t know if this is a rental standard but our son stayed at Twin Palms and he had a 10am check out. To strip beds, take out trash, pack car, etc, etc.. some things simply get more priority so we didnโ€™t strip the beds which in my opinion was a stretch to ask for considering the 9am checkout. Staying at a condo on the beach, paying an elevated rate relative to a hotel room you expect Hilton class level accommodations. Was it perfectโ€ฆ no, but I enjoyed my time at the beach.

Overall we enjoyed our stay and would rent again. Terrific view, great location, and comfortable beds. Loved that the unit was spacious and without unnecessary clutter. Would recommend replacing shower liner in primary bath and purchasing hot pads and a pitcher for kitchen. More drawer space in secondary bedroom would be nice but who can complain with 2 queen beds!

Spring Break

I have nothing but good things to say about the property. It was exactly as described, well appointed and maintained, clean, easy to find and a very comfortable place to stay. I wasnโ€™t, however, pleased with the area. There were quite a few raucous college and high school students in the area. If you want something more family-friendly, I suggest going west a few miles. We had a great time!

Nice condo and location

Condo is pretty much like pictures. I have back problems I slept in a king size bed Iโ€™ve never had problems with my back. The only thing I found that was not like the description of the condo was the lack of cookware. If you are planning on doing any cooking you need to take your own pans serving utensils cooking sheets. Overall very pleased with the condo would recommend it.

Condo nice, but has needs.

The condo needed cleaned. We had to sweep, wash off the table and counters as there was food on them. I even scubbed the back of the stove as it had dried on food. Not very well supplied with the essentials. Not enough dishes, silverware or cookware and not one cleaning product. The beds are sunk in on the sides to where you almost fall off. We stuffed a pillow under the mattress to try to make it level. We emailed all of our concerns to the RAvacations manager with not one response. The bathroom had no shower curtain, just the hooks. We found a box with a cloth curtain, but had to buy a liner. We bought hand soap, foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, dish detergent and ziploc containers which we left for the next renters, so they wouldn't be angry like we were when we arrived. We have rented homes in Cape Coral for many years and they all come way better equipped than this condo. I was sweeping and I found a dirty sock under the bed! These things and mainly the shower curtain issue made us not so happy. Otherwise, it was nice and had a great view!

Gorgeous view

One issue that should be addressed is that the master bedroom bed needs to be flipped or replaced. After the first night, I slept sideways on the bed and that helped. Fix that and make some small changes in decor to make renters want to come back. But the view was gorgeous and could not be beat. Access to the pool and beach were easy. Parking was good and it was easy to walk to places nearby to eat or get any supplies.

Spur of the moment opportunity

We enjoyed our stay at this resort very much. The check in process was efficient and the property manager was very friendly and helpful. The views were spectacular, even though the weather wasn't always accommodating. We'd definitely consider booking this property again.

Beautiful View!!!

The view was great (lovely balcony to sit out on with a table)! Short walk out to the beach as described. Loved that there was a Wal-Mart close by so we could cook our own food :)
