Kom en verblijf in 'Nifty Shades of Grey' een strand schuilplaats! Je zult niet geloven dat het een prachtig panoramisch uitzicht golf front van de zeshoek grote zaal. Gelegen in het prachtige Inlet Beach, bent u slechts een steenworp afstand van de winkels en restaurants van Rosemary Beach. Beneden is een groot overdekt terras om buiten te koken en te genieten van uitzicht op de golf. Dit gezinsstrand huis is volledig binnen en buiten gerenoveerd. Nieuwe meubels, apparaten, vloeren en badkamers. Versierd in mooie, frisse en rustgevende grijstinten geaccentueerd met de kleur van de golf. Nifty Shade's of Gray bevat 2 strandstoelen en 1 parasol van 1 maart - 31 oktober, samen met 4 fietsen.

Twee grote slaapkamers met een eigen badkamer, nieuwe hd-tv's in de grote kamer, de speelkamer en alle slaapkamers. Private stappen naar het strand!

Met 5 slaapkamers met 3 kingsize bedden, heeft u voldoende ruimte voor privacy en ontspanning. We hebben 3 complete badkamers en een buitendouche. De hoofdslaapkamer is voorzien van een kingsize bed, een inloopkast, HD-televisie en een prachtige spa-achtige badkamer met Kholer-jacuzzi, een aparte douche met glazen douches en dubbele wastafels. De extra koning slaapkamer heeft een HD-televisie en een aparte zitkamer met een slaapbank voor het lezen en ontspannen. De derde slaapkamer heeft een comfortabel kingsize bed, aan de muur gemonteerde HD-televisie en bevindt zich in de buurt van het halbad. De vierde slaapkamer, met uitzicht op de golf, heeft een queensize bed. De kinderslaapkamer bevindt zich beneden en beschikt over 2 aparte bedden boven de stapelbedden. Er is een slaapbank in de benedenverdieping met een opklapbed voor 2 personen.

'Nifty Shades of Gray' bevindt zich in Inlet Beach, een rustige gemeenschap net naast Rosemary Beach.

Excellent vacation property

We enjoyed our stay at Nifty Shades of Gray. The property was clean, the beds comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. The beach service was also very good with chairs and umbrellas normally setup by 8:30. Denise, our contact with property management, was prompt in responding to any questions we had. The only improvement that I could think of is their Internet service wasn't the best we have seen. The TVs would pause more frequently than normal to load videos. We didn't go to Florida to watch TV so it wasn't that big of a problem. Overall, I would highly recommend this property.

If views, location and beach access are top of your list, then stay here! Everything about Nifty shades of grey exceeded our expectations. The layout worked perfect for our multi-family group. Cant wait to catch a future sunset from the deck!

Our annual girls trip was wonderful! The homes panoramic views (even in the rain) and fire pit was a highlight. The property managers were responsive to some minor details. I would highly recommend this home, which is in a great location to restaurants and shops in Rosemary Beach!

Beautiful views

We had a great week at Nifty shades of gray. The views from the kitchen/ livingroom area are amazing, the short walk to the beach and the outdoor shower made it so easy to enjoy the beach with kids. The house was clean, the kitchen was well stocked and management was quick to help with anything we needed. I saw previous reviews talking about dirty furniture but the furniture was very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this property.

over priced and run down

With the price of this weekly rental, we had high hopes! We would not stay there again. The rental was not clean, very few towels, toilet paper, or paper towels. It should be perfect upon arrival with plenty of basic supplies for a high end rental. We spend the first day cleaning the refrigerator and other areas. Couches and appliances need to be replaced. There is a 7000 ft. beach house being built next door. The construction workers woke us up every day at 7am with loud sounds. That should have been stated up front. That construction will not be completed for at least another 18 months. Beware!! Location is great, property is run down and not upgraded at all. The property management says they will look into things in the reviews, but it is clear that nothing happens. The price does not match what you get. Keep looking!!

Great house. plenty of room and good beds, bathrooms for all. we had 8 people and we could all have our own space. views awesome. walking, biking distance to lots of great stuff. Only unexpected thing was how close we were to lots of people. It's a "private" beach but doesn't have that feel. overall great!

Beautiful home on the beach!!

We stayed at the house for a week with family and friends. The house is large enough to accommodate multiple families. The house is in the perfect location right on the beach. The view from the multiple porches is breathtaking. We enjoyed watching the sunset over the ocean nightly. There is easy access to bike paths to nearby towns for shops and restaurants. The house is clean, comfortable, and well stocked with linens, cookware, beach toys and games. We enjoyed a very relaxing week and look forward to visiting again soon!!

Perfect beach house for family, best location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Nifty Shades of Gray! The house layout (rooms, etc.) was perfect for our family. All areas were utilized regularly and we took advantage of all the amenities available. The decks were great, especially when the weather was not ideal on the beach. You cannot beat the location! We often walked or biked to nearby restaurants, shops, and such. And the proximity and access to the beach were great! Any issues with the property were very minor. We will be back again!

Could be better organized

The best thing was the view and being able to walk onto beach. For the price we paid the attention to the details and the little things should have been noticed. The kitchen was not organized at all. We were not left with trash bags or a sponge in kitchen area. The sofa chair have stains on it. The area off the Kitchen where the sofa and chair can only sit 3 people comfortably. We had to find where the bath towels were. Several broken deck chairs. There were some places that had cobb webs with bugs. But that me noticing the little things. Again the view and being right on beach and with my friends was the best part. I don’t think I’ll stay there again which is sad because of the convenience to beach.

Beautiful but look out for the loud kids every night....

This home was absolutely beautiful and great for a group, however the location allowed for loud groups up to 50 or so teens and young college-aged kids to descend down the public access right next door every night about 9. There was no regard for the No Tresspassing signage and they brought loud music, alcohol, etc. with them and used the dune right in front of us as a restroom while we were sitting on the deck enjoying the moon over the water. The group even gathered around the protected sea turtles waiting to hatch chanting and shining their phone lights at them. Nightly calls to the Sherriff's department only resulted in the kids dropping their drinks on the beach and running (including up our walkover) to hide. Zero arrests to deter the kids because the officer (different each night) said they do not have the resources and that the problem has been going on for months. While this is no fault of the owner/manager, this community should address as we will not be returning and would discourage anyone from renting here.

Best Outside Living Spaces on entire beach

Loved the amount of covered and uncovered outside decks. Loved the fire pit, grill and outside dining. Gorgeous view of beach and sunset. Do need better Private Beach signage as people frequently used our private walkway and encroached on our beach area. Also, PP please let people know before they rent a golf cart that you really cannot park many places on Rosemary Beach. But that did not take away from our amazing week- we would stay here again for sure! Loved it!

Nifty is an understatement!

This might be the most beautiful home on the beach. It is simple on the outside, but inside, that bay living room with the three banks of sliding glass doors that push out onto the beach make you feel fully immersed in the beach and the waves. Highly recommend. A minor head's up: bring everything; there is nothing here. Not a keurig coffee pod, a tsp of salt, or a scoop of Tide. There is one blowdryer and one shampoo and conditioner for four bathrooms. I would have liked to have known that in advance. I rated the check-in a four because the lock box was rusted and we needed help entering the property, but I'm certain they will fix that. All in all, an unforgettable stay.
