Nieuw in ons verhuurprogramma (september 2019)! Laat het ontbreken van beoordelingen u niet bezighouden met dit prachtige appartement. Wij verwelkomen u en hebben dit prachtige appartement aan het strand, Ocean Reef voor u klaar.

Ocean Reef # 1604 bevindt zich op de 16e verdieping van Ocean Reef. Zodra je door de deur loopt, wordt je meegenomen met het adembenemende uitzicht!

De woonkamer is prachtig ingericht, in mooie strandthema-tinten, met een comfortabele bank, bijzetstoelen, tafels, verlichting, plafondventilator, grote flatscreen-tv en dvd-speler. De woonkamer geeft toegang tot het privébalkon en de master suite.

De master suite is voorzien van een comfortabel kingsize bed, mooi beddengoed, bijzettafel, plafondventilator, dressoir en een flatscreen-tv. De suite biedt ook toegang tot het privébalkon, geweldig om de oceaan te bekijken, vogels te zien vliegen of te luisteren naar de zachte geluiden van de golven die tegen het strand beuken. De master suite heeft ook een eigen master badkamer die is voorzien van badlinnen.

De kamer heeft twee queensize bedden, plafondventilator, bijzettafel, stoelen, dressoir en een flatscreen-tv aan de muur. De kamer opent ook naar de badkamer voor gasten. Daar vindt u alle badlinnen die u nodig heeft voor een comfortabel verblijf.

Het eetgedeelte heeft een mooie glazen eettafel met plaats voor zes personen. Meer zitplaatsen bevindt zich aan de grote ontbijtbar met krukken. De keuken is uitgerust met alle roestvrijstalen apparaten en granieten werkbladen. De eigenaar heeft kosten noch moeite gespaard en heeft alles gegeven wat je nodig hebt om tijdens je vakantie een heerlijke maaltijd te bereiden en te serveren.

De privébalkons van Ocean Reef behoren tot de grootste die u in de omgeving vindt. Vanaf het balkon kunt u het eindeloze water van de Golf bekijken, dolfijnen springen, meeuwen vliegen, strandgangers wandelen, parasailen, varen, snorkelen en nog veel, veel meer. Het balkon is volledig ingericht en biedt een ontspanningsruimte om te genieten van zonsondergangen, zonsopgangen, bordspellen met familie en vrienden en romantische diners. Onze gasten vinden als ze niet op het strand zijn dan op hun eigen balkon!

Ocean Reef ligt op slechts 1/2 mijl van de meest populaire winkel-, eet- en uitgaansgelegenheid, Pier Park, waardoor het een gemakkelijke wandeling is. Ook rondom Ocean Reef is voldoende te dineren en entertainment. Perfecte locatie!

Property was very clean and exactly as described. We had a wonderful stay. 10 out of 10. They could take it to the next level if they offered beach towels and a small stash of spices, coffee, coffee filters etc but they were clear, post booking, that those things are not included, and that you must supply your own. Definitely would stay here again.

This was a really nice and spacious condo. The big balcony/deck was really nice too. My wife and I sat out there every morning and drank coffee. The 2 pre rented beach chairs along with the pull cart was an added plus. Probably the only negative for the whole trip would be the tight little parking garage but after a few times in/out you start to get the hang of it.

Roomy, clean, well managed and an oversized balcony which became our favorite place to be!

We love this condo! The location is close to all amenities in the area yet when you sit on the oversized balcony with the beautiful blues and greens of the water, the white sand and the gorgeous sunsets, you feel cocooned from the rest of the world. The furniture and beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked and you have everything you need to feel at home. We stayed a month and will be back next year! We had questions regarding the area and about the living room ceiling fan and the management company responded swiftly and efficiently and checked with us later to ensure everything was going well. Everything you could want for a stress free vacation!

My husband and I really enjoyed the Saltwater Grill, which is a short drive down 98. Even the burgers at the arcade across the street were surprisingly good! Overall a great vacation and we were very pleased with the customer service and communications with Greta's Rentals. We'll be back!

Each year we have extended our stay and enjoyed every minute of our 11 week stay this year. The condo is spacious, nicely appointed and the balcony is our favorite spot with comfortable chairs and foot stools, a couch and table and chairs. It is where we spend all our time - oftentimes even when it is raining. The ocean waves lull me to sleep and the nights on the balcony make me feel like it is my own private beach with the most beautiful star filled sky.The office, maintenance and security staff are always available, professional and helpful and the condo has everything we could possibly need. It is located perfectly for easy access to shopping, post office, restaurants, etc. and the beach is gorgeous. Being at the end of the line of hotels and condos makes the beach much less inhabited. The pools and hot tub are well maintained and with 3 elevators you don't have to wait more than a minute or 2. Owners and snowbirds like us at the property are friendly and it is not a loud environment. I can't say enough about Ocean Reef and Greta Rentals. We're already booked for next year!

Perfect views, easy to get to restaurants, puttputt and water activities right in front of condo. Plenty of space in kitchen to put away grocery’s and not have clutter everywhere. Comfortable seating in living room. My only critiques are the guest bedroom needs a black out curtain, the sun comes up on that side and my kids were up way too early for vacation. Second the master bed might need replaced, the bed was so soft and worn that it was hard to not get stuck in the ruts of the bed. But even with those 2 issues we absolutely love this unit and will be back next year.

Awesome place!

We loved our stay here! Our condo was very clean. Beds and pillow were very comfortable some of the best sleep I’ve ever had while on vacation! Located across the street is go carts and put put and a really awesome donut shop! The arcade had great ice cream too! We didn’t have to travel far to keep the kids entertained. It’s just what we needed as a family. We will be back!

We always stay at Ocean Reef and 1604 is one of the best units. It was clean, comfortable and the kitchen had all we needed for the rare moments we decided to cook. The balcony is the best and you can't beat the view.
