25% is due at the time of booking to confirm a reservation and block selected dates. The remaining balance is due at least 30 days prior to your stay or your reservation will be cancelled with no refund of any deposit. You must cancel at least 30 days in advance to receive a full refund.

The building – Palazzo is a non-smoking building, that is unique because the 4-level garage is directly under the building, so no walking over a crosswalk and then taking another elevator to your car. You would not believe how convenient this makes it! Also, Palazzo is known to have some of the fastest elevators in the area, making getting to and from the beach or your car a breeze. Unlike the competition, Palazzo is a low-density building consisting of only 129 direct gulf front units.

Amenities – Palazzo features a swimming pool, heated seasonally, located on the fifth level making for spectacular views, a hot tub located beside the pool that is always well maintained. There is also a fitness center that overlooks the Gulf. Makes working out much more enjoyable!

Location – Palazzo is conveniently located on the west end side of the beach closer to 30A, yet less than a mile from Pier Park. At Palazzo, you are less than 20 minutes from Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP).
