The Space:

Six spacious bedrooms are split across the third and fourth floors, each with its own ensuite bathroom. Four king suites offer a true hotel-quality feel with double vanities and walk-in showers, while two dedicated bunk rooms (each with four full-size bunks and individual TVs) give kids and teens their own space to spread out. In total, 7.5 bathrooms mean no one is waiting in line.



Kitchen & dining

The second-floor kitchen was built for real cooking and easy hangs. An oversized island seats six, with a large dining table for eight nearby. You get a gas stove, double dishwashers, a massive main fridge, a dedicated wine fridge, and an undercounter ice maker. A ground-floor kitchenette by the game room handles snacks and drinks without anyone having to go upstairs.



Living & entertainment

The main living area is bright and open, anchored by a 70" Smart TV and electric fireplace. Fourteen Smart TVs and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the home mean everyone can stream or game on their own terms. The first-floor game room comes loaded with arcade-style games, board games, a beverage fridge, and its own ice maker — it tends to become the unofficial headquarters of every trip.



Outdoor living

Step outside to your private heated pool and hot tub, six sun loungers, two outdoor showers, and a covered patio with a BBQ grill and outdoor dining for six. Toss some cornhole. Entry is via smart lock; your personal code will be sent before check-in. A doorbell camera is located at the front entrance for security.

Two public beach access points are less than a block away. Richard Seltzer Park, a beloved local beach access with free parking and outdoor showers, is just minutes down Thomas Drive. The sugar-white sand and emerald water the Emerald Coast is famous for are literally steps from your door.



Food & drinks

Big Easy Restaurant & Bar is right up the road on Thomas Drive — a New Orleans-inspired gem with outstanding Cajun food, live music, and a seriously loyal local following. For waterfront dining, Schooners on Gulf Drive is a PCB institution with half-price happy hours and fresh Gulf seafood. The Deckhand Social offers a more upscale waterfront experience with great brunch and a pool for the kids.



Entertainment
