The great room has plenty of space and an unobstructed view of the ocean. You have spectacular views from the great room, the dining area, and kitchen. The dining area has seating for 4 at the bar with pub style seating. Your well equipped kitchen offers a Gulf view of its very own, high end cabinets, granite countertops, major appliances, and all of the small appliances you'll need. Cooking utensils, dishes, glassware, flatware, cookware and bake ware are all provided for you to prepare everything from quick snacks to a gourmet dinner for the whole family!

The roomy Swaying Palms main bedroom is just what your looking for after a long day at the beach and offers a comfy queen size bed with luxurious high thread count linens and a flat screen television with Roku streaming and its own closet for storing your things. The bathroom features a tub/shower combo with single vanity and storage space.

Parking is available in throughout the Edgewater Beach Resort. Parking passes purchased by guests on line in advance directly from the resort and will be picked up when you arrive at the gate. Parking rules and house rules are enforced by the Condo Association. Parking passes are required for all vehicles and all guests must wear wristbands while on property. Vehicles parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice.

The kids splash pad is available free of charge as well. Each Tower and Leeward/Windward has its own private beachfront pool with various hot tubs scattered about the Tower side. The Villas have pools, too.
