• Guests must be 25 years or older to book (Sunrise HOA rule) A rental agreement must be signed after booking
• Complimentary Beach Chairs service (2 chairs and an umbrella in season March 15 - October 31)
• No pets allowed (except for owners, per Sunrise HOA)
• $50 one-time parking registration fee per vehicle (limit 2 spaces per unit)
• Maximum vehicle height for parking garage: 6' 8"
• No on-site parking for oversized vehicles, scooters, rentable mini vehicles, boats, or trailers

While we provide all the necessary initial supplies, consider bringing personal items for your ideal getaway. For longer stays, stock up on essentials like paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, toiletries, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.
