Notes: We can't guarantee internet service since that is not within our control. Property and house entrance has a ring camera that records outside audio and video 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please watch your dog in the yard - I can't guarantee that there will not be a place for them to slide under the fence. Coffee and other consumable items are provided for up to 4 days - guests for longer stays will need to re-stock these items. This is a wonderful quiet residential neighborhood with neighbors we know and love, please respect the house and the neighbors! Strict cancellation policy - please consider travel insurance for those unexpected life issues!
Excellent access to the Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) via the new "back" access road (little traffic).
***This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and security deposit. We know security deposits are annoying, so to make it easier on you we have 2 options that you can choose between:
Option 1: Damage Waiver ($56) - Have a worry-free stay with coverage for up to $5000 for accidental damage (spills, breaks, mishaps) with no surprise charges. Just relax and enjoy your stay. Coverage up to 10 nights, +$2/day for longer stays, and provided by a third-party insurance company.
Option 2: Security Deposit ($5,000) - Refundable temporary hold that releases after your stay.
To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it's a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
Your guest portal includes advertisements with third-party upgrades that you may want to enhance your stay. These upgrades are optional and include:
Early Check-in, if available: 1 hour $30, 2 hours $55, 3 hours $75, 4 hours $95. Less than 1 hour there is no charge, if available.
Late Check-out, if available: Noon check-out, $125
