The space

After a complete remodel, our beach cottage boasts an open floorplan, comfortable ship-lapped living room with 58" Smart TV, full kitchen with brand new quartz counters, 2 private en-suite, full bathrooms and a bunk room that kids will go nuts over.

Your kids will have their own space they won't want to leave. With a Roku connected TV, bunk beds (twin over full), a day bed, a beanbag chair and a retro arcade game. Please note this bunk room does not have an interior door.

All beds have high end memory foam/hybrid mattresses, luxury cotton linens and both soft and firm pillows to ensure a good nights sleep. The well appointed kitchen features an electric range, side by side refrigerator and dishwasher. We also have you covered for your morning coffee with both a drip coffee pot and a k-cup machine. Don't worry, coffee, sugar and creamer are provided as well as tea bags for those tea drinkers in the family. Blend up a pina colada in the blender and enjoy the firepit out back. After the beach, come back and take a dip in the private pool, surrounded by a privacy fence. (**Please ask about heating the pool for a small additional fee.**)

I care about my guests and want you to want to come back and stay again. I do not expect you to do "chores". There are no extensive cleaning lists. You are on vacation, and I treat it as such. I will always respond almost immediately and do everything in my power to ensure you have the perfect vacation.

Guest access
You will have the whole place to yourself with a very private backyard & your own pool. Plenty of parking and private laundry are included as well.

Other things to note
A Ring doorbell camera is mounted at the side door under the carport and at the front door. They both face out on the parking areas. There are no cameras anywhere inside or in the back yard.

Due to the fact that we have a pool present on property, we ask guests to consider if this is the appropriate home for them. We have a door alarm present on the back door that leads out to the pool.

**Pool heat is available for an additional $50 per day. Please message through the app, notifying me that you would like to have this set up for your stay.
Pool Heat will be provided for the duration of your stay only, and not for individual days.
The maximum temperature is 82°, and may be cooler depending on the weather (cooler weather can cause the pool to lose heat more quickly).

I also recommend the purchase of travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events that prevent you from initiating, or completing your stay.

Pets: Up to two dogs (under 50lb) are permitted with payment of a $150 pet fee. You may bring a third dog contingent upon our approval and payment of an additional $50 through the Resolution Center. We do ask that you’re mindful of sandy paws, respectful of our furniture and linens.
Please pick-up after your pet.
Pets are not allowed in the pool.

We do not permit smoking indoors or outdoors on the property. There are no exceptions to this rule. Additional fees may apply for cleaning/sanitizing related to smoking/vaping on the property.
