STERLING RIFF BEACHFRONT CONDO / BEACH SERVICE INBEGREPEN

Sterling Reef Beach Resort is een van de mooiste Condominium Resorts op het strand. Ontspan op schone, zoete, witte stranden en smaragdgroene wateren. Uw perfecte prive-uitje - Dit zal uw thuis weg van huis te zijn. Luxury Beachfront Condo Resort ligt in het hart van Panama City Beach aan de Costa Smeralda met meer dan 1700 plus voeten van de ongerepte strand. Gelegen op de 17e verdieping. Het uitzicht vanaf dit condominium zijn ongelooflijk.

Kijken als de zon opkomt en ondergaat over Miller Pier. Gewoon ontspannen op het dok over de golf en kijken het tij roll in of vallen een lijn en doen een aantal ernstige vissen. Wat een uitzicht je krijgt van de 17e verdieping een balkon en je hebt geen geluid uit de onderstaande zwembad. Dit is echt een stukje paradijs.

Het appartement is prachtig ingericht voor de meest veeleisende smaak.

Vanuit de slaapkamer en woonkamer, stap uit op de extra grote balkon aan het strand om te zien en horen de branding en bekijk de suiker witte stranden.

De woonkamer is uitgerust met een slaapbank, 32 inch TV en DVD met Netflix voor uw plezier.

Er zijn glazen schuifdeuren in de grote slaapkamer en woonkamer die uitkomen op het balkon aan zee.

Er zijn twee volledige slaapkamers. De slaapkamer is voorzien van een kingsize bed en een 32-inch flatscreen-tv, een dvd-combo. De tweede slaapkamer heeft een Queen size bed, 27 inch flat screen TV, DVD combo. De master badkamer heeft een tuin bad / douche De tweede badkamer heeft een bad / douche. Er is een wasmachine en droger in de eenheid ook.

De keuken is uitgerust met servies, een koffiezetapparaat, broodrooster, blender, en potten en pannen voor uw gemak. Eettafel voor 4 personen en 2 barkrukken aan de balie.

Er is zoveel te doen in Panama City Beach. Tussen Shipwreck Island Water Park, Gulf World Marine Park, Ripley's Believe It or Not! Ebro Greyhound Racing, en de Zoo World. Ook zijn er eindeloze paden van mini-putt golf, varen, vissen, watersporten in overvloed, en veel winkels, restaurants, en zeevruchten festivals. Het is een geweldige plek om gewoon niets te doen. Panama City beschikt over 'The Beach Lover's Beach'. De ontwikkeling van de nieuwe resorts brengt in het chique restaurants, winkels en golf.

Comfortable and relaxing vacation

My teenage granddaughter and I had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. The condo was fantastic. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. The ocean view from the living room and bedroom are breathtaking. The owner called me on our first day to insure we were comfortable and there were no issues. The only issue was the elevator wait. However, you get that almost anywhere you stay. I would definitely vacation there again. ~Angie Russell

GREAT family vacation!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The weather was fantastic everyday and the view from this 17th floor condo was phenomenal! The condo was very nice and clean. The host’s communication was second to none! We had a small issue with the thermostat while we were there and he responded very quickly and immediately got it fixed. We will most definitely book with Joe, the host, again in the future!

My stay

My stay at the condo was good. The only complaint that i havr is that the elevator stop working and me and my family had to walk up 17 floors of steps. That part was a disaster. Please whenever you guys book, just make sure the elevator is working properly. The condo was perfect and the beach is always a plus.

Perfect Location

Sterling Reef has a beautiful view of the Gulf. It's only a couple of blocks away from Lyndell Center which is incredible. The owner was great to work with over the time we stayed.

Property owner not friendly or quick to respond. Listing said starter soaps but none in either bathroom. No sheets for sofa bed. Waited until after 6 the day after checking for someone to bring some & they left 2 bars of cheap soap hanging on the door. Horrible parking. No activities or even a place to get a cold drink besides vending. No lobby with welcoming staff. Only Garage attendant that offered no help or suggestions. Loud neighbors. Beach service guys were jerks. Tried several times to reserve chairs & kept being told to come back later Never staying there again.

LOVED our stay at this amazing condo!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Joe’s beautiful condo! It was amazing! I absolutely loved the decor, the view, the comfort, and the cleanliness. The beach chairs/umbrella provided for the week was an added bonus that made our stay even more enjoyable! We plan on returning next summer for vacation! Joe is great to work with.

Everything you could ask for with a beautiful view!

The property is very nice. One of the nicer parking garages I have been in at PCB, not narrow or weird. The condo is nicely decorated and maintained. The beds were comfortable. We had everything we needed. Being on the 17th floor was great. The view from the balcony was excellent. Great views of the gulf, pier and beach. Even out the front door walkway a great view of the city. We would definitely stay here again if the opportunity presented itself.

Excellent stay! Comfy memory foam toppers, best sleep away from home. Very clean, beautiful decor throughout. Kitchen well stocked to cook. Beautiful 17th floor ocean view. Elevator wait time was reasonable this time of year. Owner was very courteous to reply to emails and sent detailed information to access the condominium. Loved that beach chair service was provided!I recommend staying here!

The condo was very nice, just like it looked in the pictures.

The process to rent the property was easy thru VRBO. The owner, Joe, was great with communication before the arrival date, especially with tropical storm Fred coming in during our stay.

The air conditioning part was kinda annoying and the most annoying was the elevator it took 30 minute to get to our room not to mention the 6-7 times we had to climb 17 flights of stairs because the elevator wS broken , also the shortage of hot water… otherwise the condition of condo was verbb ugh nice!!

Good place to stay for vacation.

The condo we rented was exactly what was listed. The owner was very responsive and helped us anytime we had questions. The view was amazing from the 17th floor. Only thing that wasnt great was the elevators they stayed busy and then sometimes 1 or both were down. So it made the wait time longer. Thats not the condo owners fault though. Joe was amazing we've enjoyed our stay this week the kids didnt wanna leave.

Wonderful stay!

We stayed with our two kids (5 & 3) and it was nothing short of amazing! Joe communicated very well and the property was beautiful and well maintained. Beachfront views from the balcony, close to plenty of activities. Only downside would be parking (don’t try to bring a large vehicle, we drove a dually and parking in the garage was a mess) Other than that we had a blast! Thanks joe!

Amazing!

This is a lovely property, compact and well furnished. The unit is tastefully decorated with calming, beachy colors, as well as interesting wall art. The view is spectacular and the location is close to restaurants, souvenir shops and a couple of Walmarts. A good fit for two couples, although this trip was just the two of us!
