This ground floor end unit is sure to please. Your open floor plan great room has amazing views. The queen sleeper and love seat are so comfy and there is a side chair for more seating. All the TVs in this villa have Roku Streaming in HD. Lux Speed WiFi is also available throughout the property at no additional charge. Step out onto your patio from the great room and enjoy your coffee and croissant on the covered main patio while watching the turtles and fish in the large pond right outside your living room & main bedroom door, there's plenty of seating for everyone!
The kitchen is well equipped so you can enjoy cooking a gourmet meal or a quick lunch, breakfast, or an on-the-go snack. The kitchen has starter amenities to get you through the first few days of your stay. The breakfast bar has seating for two and the dining table seats 6 comfortably. The Coastal Shores Second Bedroom features two queen size beds with two separate closets and a second covered patio of its very own. You have your own TV in this bedroom, too. The Second Bathroom is adjacent to this bedroom with a tub-shower combo and a single vanity.
Parking is available in throughout the Edgewater Beach Resort. Parking passes purchased by guests on line in advance directly from the resort and will be picked up when you arrive at the gate. Parking rules and house rules are enforced by the Condo Association. Parking passes are required for all vehicles and all guests must wear wristbands while on property. Vehicles parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice.

The kids splash pad is available free of charge as well. Each Tower and Leeward/Windward has its own private beachfront pool with various hot tubs scattered about the Tower side.
