The space

Welcome to 'Fleur de Sea!'

This beautifully designed, three-story home offers the perfect blend of upscale comfort and coastal charm— ideal for large families or a memorable getaway with friends!

The main entry of the home is located on a landing between the first and second floors. From here, you can head downstairs to the first level or upstairs to the main living area. Tucked just off the entry landing is a guest bedroom featuring a King bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

Going downstairs to the first floor, you're welcomed by a cozy media room with a Queen-sized sleeper sofa— the perfect space to unwind, watch a movie, or enjoy some quiet downtime! Just off this space is a private workout room for guests who like to stay active during their stay. A full bathroom with a sleek glass shower is also located on this level.

Step through the media room to the inviting screened-in summer kitchen, designed for effortless outdoor dining. This space features a built-in BBQ grill, sink, mini fridge, ample cabinet storage, and a small dining table for enjoying meals. The summer kitchen opens to the backyard, featuring an outdoor shower and a charming pathway behind the home.

Also on the first floor are two thoughtfully designed bedrooms. The first bedroom features two Full beds, and the second features one Twin-over-Twin bunk bed, perfect for kids! These two bedrooms share the bathroom connected to the media room. There is also a peaceful desk area tucked beneath the staircase that offers a quiet spot for working or journaling!

Upstairs on the second floor, you'll find the heart of the home. An open-concept living room, kitchen, and dining area filled with bright, airy windows and natural light is the perfect setting for entertainment or relaxing. The chef's kitchen comes fully equipped with high-end appliances, a large pantry, and seating at the breakfast bar for 3.

The spacious living room features a fireplace, and the glass doors behind it open to a cozy outdoor balcony with comfortable seating and a luxury pizza oven, perfect for evening hangouts or gourmet pizza nights! The ceiling above is partially open to a third-floor balcony, adding a beautiful sense of space and extra natural light flow. A stylish half bathroom is also located just off the living room for added convenience.

Lastly, the third floor features the two final bedrooms, as well as a full laundry room with a sink and plenty of cabinet space. Guest access

Guests will have complimentary access to the private deeded Seacrest beach, and the Seacrest community pool. There's a charming new cafe right next to the pool that serves delicious food and drinks, so you can refuel without leaving the area!

There is a complimentary tram that can be used to get to and from the beach that stops right outside the home!

Other things to note
-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in may be subject to another day's rental fees.
-Smoking is prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
