Prior to arrival guests will pay a 1-time fee of $113.04 for their parking permit and wristbands. Wristbands allow access to and from the beach, parking garage, and all other amenities offered at the resort. Guests will be sent a link to register a few days prior to arrival.

Registered guest occupying the condo must be 25 or older.

Registered guest must complete the rental agreement which requires a credit/debit card be placed on file to protect the condo against damages.
