With elegant, Tommy Bahama furnishings and decor throughout, this is an ideal Panama City Beach vacation rental for the discerning traveler. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed plus an en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combo and vanity. The bunk area is located down the hall with an adjoining second full bathroom with stand-up shower. All bedrooms and bathrooms come complete with our signature super soft bed linens.

The open-plan living room/kitchen and dining area is the heart and soul of the condo where you can relax and kick back after a day of beach fun. This is a true home away from home - the kitchen features lots of countertop space and all major appliances - along with everything you need for cooking and preparing meals. A small dining table for four plus barstools at the breakfast bar provide space for meals and snacks. The comfy living area offers plenty of seating to enjoy a movie or game night, and if required, the sofa pulls out to sleep two people comfortably.

For your convenience there is a washer/dryer located in the condo and high-speed internet access available throughout.

*ANY booking made within 48 hours of arrival will require CC and matching ID on file - no exceptions. The reservation will be canceled and refunded to the original form of payment.

This property is professionally managed by Vacations Perfected. Vacations Perfected requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo to be 21 years of age or older. In most cases, this is the policy of the condo complex or HOA that the property is located in. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you book this property and are not at least 21 years of age or older, or book this property with the intentions of allowing under 21 years of age friends of family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival that you, as the 21 or older person booking the property, will not be able to come and it will only be under 21 years of age people occupying the property, your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you book this property, as the 21 years of age or older person, and do not come with the rest of the group who are under 25 years of age occupying the property, your reservation will be canceled, the occupants of the property will be evicted, and you will receive no refund. These acts are booking a reservation under false pretenses, and will not be tolerated. These actions will be reported to the booking platform you used, and further penalties or consequences may arise from the booking platform you booked this property with. This policy is effective beginning 3/14/23.
