Deze aanbieding is voor een appartement in The Summit Beach Resort, het ligt direct aan de mooiste stranden ter wereld en op loopafstand van geweldige restaurants, een golfbaan en andere familie-attracties. Het Summit Beach Resort biedt zijn gasten voorzieningen zoals twee grote zwembaden, Summit Tiki Bar, Summit Market, Bikini Bob's Restaurant, bubbelbaden, picknickplaatsen met grills, tennisbanen, een basketbalveld, drie shuffleboardbanen en een fitnesscentrum. Tijdens de zomer kunnen kinderen ter plekke genieten van de Adventure Zone-activiteiten van Resort Collection, waaronder favoriete favoriete Dive-In-films op het zwembaddek in de schemering. Elke suite is volledig ingericht en biedt alle gemakken van thuis. De top is een van de grootste resorts en biedt enkele van de beste waarden op het strand.

The condo and view is great. The only complaint I had was it needs a really deep clean, especially the floors; they were filthy. HAD to wear shoes all the time.

It was a nice place. Great location able to walk to a lot of different places. Inside you could tell a lot of the doors were water damaged but they were fully functional so it didn’t really matter.

Good location. Beds uncomfortable. Pillows flat. Hot water runs out before shower is done for 1 person showering. The thermostat is programmed so that you cannot turn the temperature below 68 degrees. Several of the light switches do not control the lights. You have to use pull strings to turn lights & fans on & off. So if it’s a really hot day you sweat right after showering. Not a place I would want to stay again.

The condo and furnishings are beginning to show it's age. The mattresses are used and uncomfortable and the floors were dirty. At nightly rate we paid, I would expect the condo to have extra garbage bags, paper towels, toilette paper, etc. The kitchen has some pots and pans but no pot holders. Only one dish rag and towel in the kitchen. The resort pools indicate they are open from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM but they closed every evening at 8:00 PM.

We were able and to check in early, which is always nice. The cleaning crew went above and beyond. The towels folded in animal shapes were a nice touch. The wrap around balcony had a perfect view of the sunset. Some of the light switches were oddly placed and controlled tv along with lights, which was challenging at night. The kitchen was nicely stocked. Overall 10/10

The stay was good the place was nice and clean and we didn’t have any problems with our stay only thing I would say maybe the place could be a lil tyke more renovated and the beds squeaked the pull out coach could’ve been better the mattered topper wasn’t the best and the Murphy bed was not really cleaned however this is a good place for young people

Amazing stay

Our stay was amazing and the best. They allowed us to check in 4 hours earlier then our check in time. the cleaning company so super nice. the room was very clean and had more room then we expected.

Condo was dirty!! I have pics! Hardly any cook wear, not one shape knife. The cook wear was in horrible condition.Dirt and dead bugs in cabinets. Some one else’s dirty clothes in the bathroom. The comforter in master bedroom was very dirty with spots on it that we didn’t want to even touch! No hot water I. The kitchen sink. I can go on forever . We rent a lot and this was the worst rental ever. The master bathroom had mold and mildew on tiles ceiling’s and shower curtain.

Beds slept good, view was great! A/C couldn’t be regulated so we woke up sweating during the night. You should be able to regulate the air condition to what you want when it’s as hot as it is outside in Florida. Shower curtain in master needs to be updated. There was mildew in the master shower/curtain and wall as well as someone’s toothpaste on the floor.

Overall, the condo was great. The kitchen was a little tight when the murphy bed is pulled down. There were dirty towels in the condo when we checked in but housekeeping came and took care of it. There was limited hot water when showering. But besides a few flaws a perfect location!

We did find a few unwanted bugs in kitchen. This is the first place we have rented that did have anything extra in kitchen (salt, pepper and aluminum foil) and the first time we could not sit out on the balcony to eat plus limited seating outside and in.

All around great time. Issue with bugs in condo.

We have stayed at The Summit for the past 2yrs at different condos. The experience is always great and this stay was nothing short of that! Only issue was we had a lot of small bugs throughout the condo. Not a huge deal as we spent most of our time on the beach, but enough to become a nuisance after a week there. All in all and great trip!

This place was infested with roaches& there was mold in the bathrooms! The dryer had so much lint in the filter it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in atleast 6 months. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. I will never stay here again!!

Roach bugs in kitchen and living room. not just a few. A lot of roaches. Floors were covered with sand and not mopped. Hair in bathrooms. We spent 2 hours cleaning when we checked in. Overall cleanliness of 801 at Summit was terrible

Major issue not fixed during stay- property manager never responded

When we arrived there were several minor things such as sheets, towels, and pillows that were given to us once asked for. However, the major issue that was mentioned was never resolved. I sent several messages over the week and no response was ever given. We originally reached out and asked about the cleanliness issue before booking. We were told the issue had been resolved, so we went ahead and booked a weeks stay. Overall, the condo was fairly clean but many things such as chairs, lamps, and the dishwasher were broken. This was the MAJOR issue, the dishwasher. After a day at the beach we came up to the room to cook. However, as soon as you opened up the dishwasher, it smelled of rotten fish. We ran it but it did not help much. There was a pool of stagnant water at the bottom, which seemed to be causing part of the issue. Therefore we washed everything by hand because who wants to wash with stinky unclean water. We did this for the entire week we stayed there. Yes, ever plate, utensil, and pan was washed by hand! However, things did get worse! By day 4, the water would no longer drain in the sink. Food was backed up as the garbage disposal would not work either. Now we have stagnant water in the sink. I again received no response and this problem was never fixed during our stay. Each day the smell got worse. By the day we left, you did not want to be near the kitchen. I find it interesting that when I asked how to pay, I immediately got a response. But when there is a problem while we are staying in the condo for a week, we heard nothing. We enjoyed our stay at the Summit but we will not be staying in this room again.

The condo was a basic 2 bedroom, but the location was immaculate. Although the condo is older, it was updated and you couldn't tell it's age by the inside. The first thing we noticed when we got there was that there are only 2 elevators for the entire building. This caused a huge issue with our party because we had members that are immuno compromised and they had to walk 8 floors upstairs and my mom had knee surgery less than a month before so walking the stairs wasn't even an option. Even when these 2 elevators went down (which they did). The room looked clean, but the ceiling fans were covered with dust and there was an old box of cereal (from another guest) hidden in the bed in the bed in the kitchen. The sink in the first bathroom was clogged the entire stay. We called maintenance and they said they would send someone but that never happened. So we told the front desk. They told us that they had nothing to do with the condo that we were staying in. Any issue we had and asked for help from the front desk, we were told they couldn't help us for one reason or another. It was disheartening. And the sink stayed clogged the whole time. The only tv that worked when we got there was the living room tv. I had to purchase batteries for the remote in the main bedroom just to be able to hook my laptop to it in order to watch anything because the roku remote was missing. We got the roku remote in the smaller bedroom to work, but only because my sister got online and had to pay to get it to work. Some people eventually came in and put new roku's in the bedrooms, but it still didn't work in the main bedroom. The elevator was really the biggest concern for us. The other things were easily ignored, especially with the fantastic view! The beach was only a few steps away. I loved how we had the option to rent jet skis, ride banana boats, or parasail and rent chairs and umbrellas all through the resort. They had a restaurant, tiki bar, convenience store, snow cone stand all right there on the property. So the tv issues were easily looked over. They were working on getting at least one more elevator working (a third) while we were there. That will be extremely helpful. I enjoyed the vacation. The resort was the perfect location and extras that were on the resort made it so that we hardly ever had to leave.

Wont ever stay again

Room was filthy, like it’d never been cleaned. Mold in bathrooms, old food in oven, dirty bedding, dirty floors. I sent multiple emails to property management and still have yet to hear back. Beds/mattresses were old and outdated. Horrible experience and will never book or recommend this room.
