There was a portable AC unit in the bedroom due to the AC not working properly. Application this has been an ongoing problem that they have not resolved. There is also a leak at the door that was not addressed. Horrible experience

Central AC didn't really work, bedroom window AC worked but was extremely loud and caused light flickers. Missing some basic amenities that were intimated would be there (oven mitt, coffee filters, ice cream scoop). Some lights worked intermittently (bulbs need to be replaced) and the shower light needs a new cover. Mold/dirt on bathroom ceiling and air vents were pretty dirty. Box fan could be dangerous as part of the cover was broken and fan blades partially exposed. Multiple glassware items were chipped and need to be replaced. Hairdryer didn't work and looked to be in rough shape. Mattress on bed was worn out and very uncomfortable. Condo was overly decorated, not enough space to put some of our things. Needs to better utilize outlets and/or power strips.

Door does not shut securely. You can pull it back and forth some. That needs to be fixed to be more secure with no movement of door when shut. Air conditioning was ok at night but during the day it never seemed to get pretty cool. It was clean and had a great view.

NO WORKING AC!! SMELLS LIKE OLD WET BASEMENT

STAY AWAY!!! First off this has been the worse experience we’ve had staying in condos!! AC did not work at all and stayed at 77 the whole time impossible to sleep in and would wake up every 30 min sweating!! Property manager does not care, said they would send someone out or bring a portable ac unit and that never happened!! Floors and dirty and nasty, smells terrible inside as well!! Save your self the headache and stay somewhere else!! STAY AWAY

Bad decision

The condo was clean but there was water running around the front door and down the wall in the floor next the a/c doesn't work correctly it never got below 72 at night and most of the time it was 74 I messaged the property manager and they said after sending someone to check it that it was normal and working fine they said to close the curtains and blinds that is what I want to do in a beach front condo close the curtains lol .

Perfect getaway

This was a perfect place for a last minute birthday/Mothers Day getaway for my husband and myself. My only “issues” were that the couch is a little uncomfortable to sit on, as it’s low to the ground, but the loveseat was perfect. The lighting in the living area is very low and was difficult playing cards in the living area in the evening. The condo is an older one with some upgrades and imperfections but the location and view is perfect and makes up for any flaws I could find. I will definitely be coming back.
