IMPORTANT NOTE: Portions of the Tidewater building are scheduled to undergo exterior renovations from late October 2026 through early February 2027. During this period, guests may experience intermittent construction noise and activity. Balcony access will be restricted from November 28th to December 22nd, 2026 as part of the project.

2 Bedroom - $58 plus tax
3 Bedroom - $70 plus tax
