'Sunset Veranda' is 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers binnenplaats huis gelegen in de rustige, gated community van Sunset Beach. Sunset Beach is een bewaakte / gated community gelegen aan de strandkant van County Hwy 30 - A, tussen Rosemary Beach en Alys Beach. De gemeenschap biedt weelderige, tropische vegetatie en de eigenaren in Sunset Beach zijn er trots op de eigenschappen ongerept en uitnodigend te houden. De eigenschap omvat het gebruik van het gemeenschappelijk zwembad binnen een paar meter van het huis.

Het huis is onlangs bijgewerkt, exterieur geschilderd, professioneel ingericht, en ligt op slechts 100 stappen verwijderd van de prachtige witte zandstranden en het gemeenschappelijk zwembad. Ontspan elke avond op 'de veranda' en geniet van het uitzicht! Een warme en gezellige omgeving wacht op u. Keuken is volledig gevuld met professionele apparatuur en accessoires.

This location was perfect. Centrally located between Rosemary and Alys beaches, walkable to most shopping and restaurants. The home was a perfect size for 4 people. The bathrooms could use an upgrade/refresh with a vanity instead of a pedestal sink but we made it work. This home was so convenient to the beach as well. It was such an easy walk down to the beach with our chairs and gear. The home had chairs and beach towels for use which was so nice. The kitchen was well appointed and the family area was a nice sized space. The front deck was large and gave you a little view of the ocean. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay in this unit again.

Great location and beautiful home!

Beautiful home with a balcony that is perfect for drinking morning coffee and a small patio downstairs that our daughter loved using. Easy walk to the beach and the garage is a nice bonus. Lots of extras in there to make the beach more enjoyable.

Only thing that threw us off was that we thought the beach was more private and also we thought there would be more toilet paper than what was given. The location is wonderful! The home was clean and very nice! The only thing to be aware of is that you have to park in the garage- which is wonderful- but our Ford F150 had about 2 inches on each side for clearance lol

Lovely home. Nice balcony with comfortable seating. The garage was a plus for us. Really convenient location. It’s an easy walk to the beach and several great restaurants. Hwy 98 is five minutes away which allows you to skip a lot of the 30A traffic. Highly recommend.

Location is great. Close to the beach, but once you get down there, there’s limited space for you to sit and enjoy the waves. We were not informed beforehand that we had to park in the garage during the stay and it was way too narrow (caused damage to our car mirrors despite them being tucked in). The house does come with a lot of helpful accessories (chairs, umbrellas, etc.) When we arrived, we noticed a few areas throughout the house were not cleaned (downstairs bathroom had hair in the tub, pots and pans had caked on food and grime, some small stains on the furniture/sheets/pillows, and the drains in both bathrooms did not drain while in use) but if you can get past it like us, it’s a fine place to stay.

We loved the property. It was clean and well kept, a charming community. The only drawback was the crowded beach. Restrictions were in place because it is a private property, which we understand, but it seemed there were a large number of beach goers each day from other properties. However, they will not prevent us from returning :)

Very close to the beach and pool. Water was incredible. Our 6 and 10 year olds preferred the beach over the pool, which says a lot if you have kids! The house is quaint, clean, and located close to the beach and coffee/dinner spot. If you have kids I recommend renting a car, which is what we did. There’s a garage so parking is not an issue. Only downside is that the steps to the beach make it hard to roll a wagon with your beach chairs. So just be prepared to carry your stuff. Not a big deal for us but if you have toddlers it may be more challenging. Although I will say that there were plenty of families and lots of infants with their families here, which goes to show how family friendly this place is.Overall, we had a great vacation. Highly recommend.

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!

Sunset Veranda was spotlessly clean, well furnished & equipped with all we needed for beach including chairs, an umbrella & kitchen was well equipped as well. I’m a mattress snob & the mattresses were incredibly comfortable along with the linens & towels. The beach is so close and convenient for walking back and forth to house from beach. The location of the house was perfect for riding bikes and walking to Alys Beach, Seacrest Beach village and to Rosemary. The communication & checkin were seamless and the security manager Gary soooo nice! We loved celebrating my birthday here at this beautiful, comfortable home and are already looking into booking again for spring!

We go to Rosemary Beach every year and this is the first time we stayed at the Sunset Veranda. The property was beautiful and was perfect for two couples. The home had more than promised, including four beach chairs, one umbrella, beach games and two bikes. It is no more than 100 steps to the beach and once on the beach to the right are private homes so you can walk the beach and it almost seems like you are the only one on the beach. To the left on the beach is Crabby Steve's, good place to have lunch. The home is within walking distance to downtown Rosemary which is always a plus. I give this listing five stars!
