Village of South Walton Beach is een felbegeerde familie favoriet, gelegen aan de oostkant van de schilderachtige snelweg 30A in Seacrest Beach. Deze eersteklas locatie is gunstig gelegen tussen de prestigieuze Rosemary en Alys Beach.
De Newcastle (eenheid B323) is onlangs gerenoveerd en bijgewerkt met luxe nieuwe inrichting en stijlvolle accenten. De 12-meter hoge plafonds en het overdekte balkon met uitzicht op Peddlers Pavilion, zet dit appartement op de 3e verdieping (bovenste niveau) afgezien van de rest! Luister naar livemuziek en ontspan 's middags in de schaduw op het balkon, na een leuke dag op het strand!

Voorzieningen zijn onder andere: comfortabele kingsize bedden met traagschuim matrassen, Sonos speaker / muziek, flatscreen-HDTV's in alle slaapkamers, grote Samsung Curve met geluidssysteem in de woonkamer, Full size hoogrenderende (He) wasmachine en droger, nieuwe keukenapparatuur, 12 kopjes koffiezetapparaat en Keurig single service koffiezetapparaat.

Village of South Walton (VSW) heeft 2 zwembaden (waarvan 1 wordt verwarmd), een bubbelbad en een gratis strandterras (seizoensgebonden) naar Sunset Beach (aangewezen toegang tot het strand). Zwembad heeft toiletten, fontein en gasgrills.

VSW hoefijzers Peddlers Pavilion met seizoensgebonden live-amusement 's avonds, fietsverhuur en een scala aan eetgelegenheden en winkels.

Zodra u in Newcastle aankomt, kunt u uw autosleutels letterlijk opbergen totdat uw vakantie voorbij is. Alles wat u nodig heeft of wilt, is slechts een mooie korte wandeling of fietstocht verwijderd.

Very nice condo. Modern, clean, comfortable. Good location. Host was great. Only complaint would be parking. No reserved parking, and it’s a busy commercial/residential area, so sometimes can be difficult to find a spot. It was a busy weekend though, so I can’t say if it’s like that all the time.

This property was exactly as described. The location was wonderful. You could walk, ride bike or take short drive to get anywhere you wanted to go. The live music each night was awesome & it really settled down at 9:30am when music ended. You could hear it just enough from the balcony if you wanted to stay in the condo. This place was honestly more than we’d typically pay for 4 nights, but the location & condo itself was well worth it. Very family friendly environment. Honestly, with the exception of a couple of places, we really didn’t even need a rental car. The private beach included as part of of this rental community, was very crowded with strict rules on not crossing the line for the next private beach which was practically empty. That was annoying, but Inlet Beach, public beach access, that was a 5 minute car ride down the road was much more enjoyable & not near as crowded. Jill, the host, was fantastic. Very responsive & gave wonderful recommendations for the beach & places to eat. Beachy Bean, Old Florida Fish House & La Crema were our favorite spots to eat at. Delicious food & atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back!

Everything was wonderful. The location is perfect . Ms Jill walked us through the process and gave us suggestions from dining to things to do. Perfect place for our little family getaway

The Newcastle is awesome! It’s in a prime spot that includes great shops, restaurants and live music, with a perfect view of it all. The condo is clean, cozy and updated. Jill is incredibly helpful, providing favorite spots and important details about the area, as well as extremely responsive to any and all questions. Highly recommend staying here!

Great location

This location was great. Very convenient to have all the shops and restaurants downstairs. Close enough to walk to Rosemary shops and restaurants. Close enough to bike to Alys restaurants. Felt homey. The kitchen was well stocked with lots of dishes so you didn’t have to do dishes after every meal if you don’t want to. If you have littles that might wander, put items in front of the entry/exit door as it is very easy to grab the handle and the door pops open a little too easy in my opinion. If you’ve never been, I’d say it probably isn’t mandatory to rent the beach chairs as there is a small section of people who bring all their own beach stuff next to the designated private section. Although it was very convenient not to have to carry all the extra stuff along with our kids. Also if you rent bikes from Peddlers down below, they don’t have helmets. Travel with them if that is important to you.

Gem in the heart of Seacrest

Just amazing! Perfect location and amenities. Beach is 5-10 min walk and several yummy food options just steps away in Peddlers Pavilion - even some retail therapy for this busy mom. You’re also blocks away from highlights of Rosemary Beach. Owner was so sweet and responsive - the most responsive and helpful we’ve had in all the years we’ve been coming down. You won’t regret booking here!

Perfectly located & beautifully updated condo

My husband and I and our two children, ages 4 & 7, loved this condo! It was perfectly located in the village where we could sit on our balcony and listen to the live music each night from 6-9. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable and master bathroom/shower/bath was a dream! My girls loved the bunk room & the resort pool. Jill was an amazing host! She was quick and proactive to communicate. She provided great recommendations. We loved being right in the middle of Rosemary and alys. We will be back!

The Newcastle

The Newcastle was perfect for my family of 5. The condo had nice furnishings, new appliances, and a master en-suite so nice everyone wanted to use it. It is just a short walk to the beach and is centrally located to shops, restaurants, and anything else you want to enjoy while on vacation. The property manager, Jill, was fantastic. She communicated clearly and responded promptly to any and all questions. We will definitely come back. 10/10 would recommended.

Can’t say enough good things about this property!! We came on a girls trip (mom, sister, aunt, cousin) and had so much fun!! You cannot beat this location - we really did park our car and leave it there the whole time. The Newcastle is a skip away from Rosemary (shopping, eating, views, etc) and a short walk to Alys. A few of us rented bikes for a day which was SO convenient with the bike rentals downstairs. We tried the deeded beach one day, but it was pretty crowded and HOT that day with double red flag (so no swimming in the ocean!), so we decided to come back and chill at the pool for a little bit - it was great! Best of all, Jill was excellent with communication and gave so many great recs! The condo was updated and perfect! We will definitely consider coming back :)

Perfect family vacation!

This gorgeous condo is our new favorite place to stay on 30A! Everything is so modern, clean, and luxurious. Nice bathrooms, comfy beds, beautiful decor, and every amenity we needed. Our teenagers loved the gaming setup in the bunk room, and we (parents) loved being able to sit on the balcony and listen to the live music in the evenings. Pool is great, beach shuttle is great. We did drive the 5 minutes to Inlet Beach a couple of times so we could find a less crowded place for our son to skim board. There are so many good restaurants and places to shop within walking distance. The location is hard to beat! We also appreciated the steamer, the cooler, the bowl of snacks/waters, and especially Jill’s list of helpful food/entertainment recommendations. Overall just a really perfect experience, and we will definitely be back!

Spring Break in Seacrest!!

We had a wonderful time staying at the Newcastle! The place was super convenient to all the restaurants, shops, etc in Seacrest and Rosemary. It was also just a short, easy walk to the beach! The condo was gorgeous and so clean!! The beds were more comfortable than our beds at home. I highly recommend this rental and we hope to come back soon and stay here again! Thank you!

Wonderful location and lovely condo!

We spent Thanksgiving week in this fully stocked and spacious rental. Decor was updated and ambience was lovely. Manager was extremely responsive and accommodating! We will be back!
