Welcome to ‘Always’, your home in Rosemary Beach. The name comes from a song of the same title composed by Irving Berlin in 1926. It was a lifelong favorite of the owners sweet family matriarch, “Nonie”, who had it sung at her wedding to “Cookot” in 1947. The memories you make during your stay here will last, as the song says, “not for just an hour, not for just a day, not for just one year, but always”.
A rare find and new to our rental program, this completely refurbished Rosemary Beach home is truly a one-of-a-kind destination retreat.

This spacious 3267 sq. ft. interior space and over 650 sq ft outdoor balcony/porch area provides a relaxing atmosphere with a stylish flair of coastal chic, featuring an expansive open floor plan. The main level features two separate living areas each with larger screen TV's and comfortable seating. Combined with the dining and kitchen w/ bar seating, this home was designed for entertaining with family and friends The beautiful chefs kitchen with Dacor range, sub zero refrigerator and all stainless appliances to include separate ice maker and 36 bottle wine cooler, and granite countertops will not disappoint. There is an additional stainless refrigerator off the kitchen in the butlers pantry, allowing more than ample space to store groceries. This floor also features a half bath.

The second floor includes three king bedded master ensuites. The main master with double vanity sinks and expansive walk-in shower, and larger walk-in closet opens out onto two balconies overlooking the beautiful courtyard and larger pool/spa area. The washer and dryer are also located on this floor.

Proceed to the third floor where the fantastic children's retreat is tucked away from the rest of the guests with its own living room, and four bunk style beds. A full bath with walk in shower is also on this floor.
Relaxing outside will be the highlight of your visit with a built-in natural gas grill, outside dining, and separate lounge area around the pool. there is a $400 pool heating fee per week. Prorated regarding a shorter visit.

Other features include outdoor private shower area and private parking space. This homes also comes with 4 adult bikes.
