Alle vakantiehuisjes worden geleverd met GRATIS strandstoelen (1 maart tot 1 oktober) en ons GRATIS VIP-voorzieningenpakket (30 maart tot 31 oktober).

Grote glazen schuifdeuren leiden vanuit de woonkamer en twee grote slaapkamers in Princess 1403 naar het grote balkon waar u enkele van de meest verbazingwekkende zonsondergangen ooit zult tegenkomen! Al deze kamers zijn aan het strand! En het balkon van 388 vierkante meter heeft absoluut het beste uitzicht dat je overal in Panama City Beach kunt vinden! Zorg ervoor dat je je ogen ook op het water houdt voor de "GRATIS" dolfijnenshows die je zeker zullen vermaken.

De woonkamer aan het strand heeft voldoende ruimte voor het hele gezin en de eetkamer biedt plaats aan iedereen comfortabel voor die grote familiediners of spelavonden. Bijgewerkt in het afgelopen jaar met nieuwe verf, flatscreen-tv's en een nieuwe bank in de woonkamer en alle nieuwe tapijt, dit apparaat is zeker te behagen. Vergeet de vier slaapkamers niet. Sommigen zullen pronken met nieuwe dekbedden! Alle slaapkamers in Princess 1403 hebben een eigen badkamer. De hoofdbadkamer heeft een luxe hoofdbad met dubbele wastafels voor hem en haar, een bad en een aparte douche / toiletruimte. De keuken, hal, wasruimte en badkamers zijn betegeld, terwijl de woonkamer en slaapkamers zijn voorzien van vloerbedekking. De grote keuken is volledig gevuld en er is een wetbar in de keuken met een aparte ijsmachine en een gootsteen. Je hebt zelfs een aparte wasruimte met een wasbak, full-size wasmachine en full-size droger. Er is voldoende opbergruimte voor speelgoed van iedereen.

Er zijn ook voldoende bedden voor al uw familie en vrienden. En als je nog meer bedden nodig hebt, kun je, tegen een kleine vergoeding, nog twee aparte bedden krijgen voor extra logeerpartijtjes. Alle beddengoed zijn inbegrepen! Dit luxe appartement aan het strand heeft alles wat je nodig hebt om dit de beste Panama City Beach-vakantie ooit te maken!

Dit appartement ligt op slechts een steenworp afstand van het strand en bevat 2 GRATIS strandstoelen en parasol van 1 maart tot 1 oktober.

Great place to stay

The condo itself was wonderful. Very well laid out. It is well kept and so clean when we arrived. VIP Resort Properties was very easy to deal with and went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay. The balcony was large and have comfortable seating. The beds were all comfortable and each bedroom having its own bathroom was a plus. The complex was also very nice and well kept. Despite being there over a holiday weekend, we never had a long wait for an elevator. I would definitely stay at this unit again and would highly recommend renting through VIP Resort Properties.

PCB family vacation

Property was good. Condo needs some TLC. Carpet in bedrooms were filthy. Sliding door to balcony wouldn't lock. Needs keyless entry. Two of the balcony chairs had capscrews pulled out and couldn't be used. Tiles were broken or loose outside the master suite #2. Condo had a good layout. Pool and hot tube were great.

Updated, spacious & clean

We had 5 couples, enough room, the extra bathrooms made a difference. Was just as advertised. The only issue we had was the refrigerator couldn't accommodate all the goodies from 5 families. The freezer would not keep ice cream from being soup and all foods were barely cold. The separate ice maker was a savor as the last day the frig wasn't making any ice. The vacation was great other than the frig. Very quick response from staff after we arrived ..one TV was not working but was addressed and fixed right away. Great place, would go back..

PERFECTION!!

There are 7, sometimes 8 of us ladies that take a beach trip each year to PCB. This condo was 100% perfect for our group. Great views, amazing space and getting to the sand/beach was a breeze. Even for one of our ladies that has breathing issues, she went to the beach 2 days in a row with little to no problems. We will definitely be back to this condo. Also, all the dishes, pots/pans etc. are top grade! Everything you need is here.

Fantastic condo with great amenities

Donna and Jennifer are amazing. They did such a good job with communication that all other VRBO trips fail in comparison. The condo was stunning, with amazing views. The place was very clean and well stocked, even the pots and pans were high quality. We will definitely be back! The only thing I would say the condo needs is updated TV's. Some of them are old 4:3 LCDs that are probably 15 years old.

The Princess is a great place to meet with your family and friends while vacationing in Panama City Beach. It is centrally located and has good amenities. The 4 bd rm/bath was ideal for separate family members to stay in the same unit. We had a great experience with the VIP team and had no issues. Thanks to the VIP team.

Pristine beach with lovely water

Overall, this was a fantastic vacation. If you're looking for a place right on the beach, this is it. The sand is soft and white and the water is warm and full of all sorts of interesting marine life. This four bedroom, four bathroom condo was perfect for our group of ladies. There are tons of restaurants and shops nearby.

Husbands 50th birthday

We planned this trip for my husbands 50th birthday. Although the winds kept us from some of the fishing charters he had wanted to do, we were still able to enjoy the ocean views on the large balcony. The condo was fantastic with enough room for 4 couples. We had a minor issue come up while we were there (user error) and Jen and Donna responded very quickly. We are planning on coming back with our kids and extended family next summer!!

Wonderful Place to Stay!

I can't say enough good things about this property. Perfect location! Heated indoor and outdoor pools. Property was clean and well maintained. Loved that they had shopping carts on the 1st floor to get your groceries to your condo. The 4 bedrooms/4 bathrooms was plenty of space for 7 of us. Lots of dishes, utensils, glasses, etc.. if you want to cook there. Donna and Jennifer were easy to get in touch with and SO nice. We had an issue with the balcony lights being out and Donna responded within the hour and fixed the light that day. They view from the balcony is AMAZING! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Beautiful Condo

Beautiful condo that was just as described! Plenty of room for my crew of 7. Loved our large patio overlooking the beach & ocean & listening to the waves rolling in. THIS is an EXCELLENT condo!!

This condo has a lot of room. We easily had 5 adults and 4 kids, the four bedrooms are great, 4 bathrooms too. The main living area was large enough for movies and poker night. The balcony view is wonderful, we even saw fireworks on our last night. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, the everything you need to cook was in the condo. We enjoyed being right across from the elevator too. If we return to Panama City in the future, we would love to stay here again!
