Enjoy a variety of onsite amenities like a shared pool, hot tub, sauna, and tennis courts at this amazing resort. Beach access is steps away, with a dedicated boardwalk from the pool area. Enjoy meals at home with a full kitchen equipped with all the necessities and appliances. The eat-in dining nook is set for four. The living room smart TV is ready and available for any downtime during the day or family movie nights in the evening.

Nearby attractions such as Ripley's Believe It or Not Museum and 4-D theatre, Shipwreck Island Water-Amusement Park, several putt-putt golf courses, arcades, go-carts, and other entertainment provide great fun and relaxation in addition to the beach. There are countless dining options either within walking distance or a short drive away, including both delicious local seafood as well as options for those who prefer land fare. On arrival we came to find out we couldn’t access our balcony because they were doing renovations. The room wouldn’t cool down under 73 even with it set on set 68. Sand all throughout the condo and smelled rotten. Didn’t even get a discount or nothing.

It was a nice stay! We enjoyed our time the only complaint is it would have been nice to know a head of time that the condominium is under construction and the balcony closed. I did receive a notification that it would be closed but that was AFTER booking the property.

Our favorite place to stay!

Love this condo. It’s the perfect size for our family of 3, and the view of the beach is amazing. The pools are clean and the snack bar has great food at a reasonable price. This was our second time staying here, and we plan to continue coming back.

By far the worst condo I’ve ever “stayed” at. The bathroom ceiling is covered in mold, shower head moldy, shower dirty, pull out sofa had fake eyelashes on it and mold on the mattress, washing machine was moldy, floors dirty. The front door also did not lock from the exterior so the room was unlocked if you left. I had to pay to stay at a hotel until I was relocated the next time. It took 24 hrs and about 7 phone calls before anything happened! The management team should be ashamed for renting this out in this condition! Absolutely terrible!

Loved the location and the place was nice. Just needed some deep cleaning and the mattress on the pull out couch needs replaced or cleaned dryed out and water proof protection on it. It got a little loud being spring break a couple nights. One of the pools is heated which is great when the ocean is still cold in March and the hot tubs are nice. Loved the ocean view and the beach access. Might want to include chairs for the beach in this rental because they are $40 to rent. The staff we delt with were great.

ALMOST everything was great.

This is the most conflicting review I've ever written. Here's pros and cons. Pros: The Summit (where this condo is located) is superb. Incredible resort to stay at. The condo is on the 9th floor, the 2nd from the last on the Bikini Bob side and had a beautiful view. Bikini Bob's in and of itself is a MAJOR PRO. Good food, quick food, and prices CANNOT BE BEAT. Not mention so easy to access food, ice, drinks, and even adult beverages. There's also a Tiki Bar at the resort. 2 hot tubs placed right by Bikini Bob's, away from the busier pool area. Large grassy and palm tree area between the pools and the hot tubs. The elevators were fairly quick most of the time. Cons: The vacation rental company that rents this condo out. They send you a message that your room is ready and you can check in but long story short we wasted 2 hours sitting outside our condo. Company phone number comes up as Oregon. They can contact local people by phone, but no one is apparently in this town available to help you. They tried to make the situation right at least, I'll give them that. Also cleaning staff knocked on our door 40 minutes prior to check out and started rushing us. It was insane. Still waiting on them to reach out about that. Moldy shower curtain on inside of shower. We had to sweep the floors they were so bad. I get that beach condos get sandy, but this was the worst gritty floor. Lots more to say but its cutting me off. I'd book this condo again only if someone else managed it.

The overall set up of this condo, was great... we had a great time, everyone we meant was very nice - wasn't too overly crowded. We did have everything that was needed. the only con that I would give this condo is.... When we entered the condo the first night the floors, where pretty dirty... We had to sweep the floor just to get the sand up, which could have been overlooked by the cleaning company.. not the owners fault.... Other then that, it was a great stay.
