Slechts 65 stappen van toegang tot het strand, aan de overkant van 30A. Op loopafstand van het strand is slechts een van de vele extraatjes tijdens het verblijf in dit prachtige, 3 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers strand huis gelegen in de rustige gemeenschap van Seacrest Beach. Geniet van de zeebries uit het grote terras onder het genot van koffie in de ochtend of cocktails in de avond.

Gelegen tussen Seaside en Rosemary Beach, over wenselijke 30A, dit eengezinswoning is de locatie bij uitstek om plezier te genieten in de zon, fantastische winkels en restaurants in een van de gebieden gerenommeerde lokale restaurants (George's, Cuvee 30A, Bruno's Pizza, Red Bar, slechts een paar te noemen.)

Sea Oaks is in staat om maximaal te dienen tot 10 gasten. De bovenverdieping master is voorzien van een kingsize bed met een onlangs gerenoveerde badkamer. Beneden, een Jack-n-Jill bad verbindt de tweede queen size slaapkamer een stapelbed kamer die 4 personen. Daarnaast is er een slaapbank in de woonkamer trekt uit in een queen-sized bed. Deze woning is voorzien van Wi-Fi en een Smart-TV, maar ook tv's in alle slaapkamers. De keuken is beter gevuld dat de meeste home keukens. Andere leuke details verstrekt door de eigenaren, onder meer een uitgebreide bibliotheek met boeken, spelletjes en een speeltafel, strand speelgoed en wagen te helpen dragen het allemaal neer op het strand. Dit zijn slechts een paar van de kleine details die de eigenaren hebben overwogen om ervoor te zorgen dat u alles wat u nodig heeft voor de perfecte familie-uitje.

Wonderful place. Close to a relatively uncrowded stretch of beach. Road noise was noticeable but overall very peaceful and quiet space. Well-equipped kitchen, plenty of beach equipment if you need that. We totally recommend it for anyone wanting a relaxed, peaceful, and comfortable place.

Rejuvenating beach week

Thank you for sharing your absolutely wonderful home with us. It was furnished well with everything we could want or need for a relaxing and rejuvenating beach vacation. The beach access was an easy walk to the clean white beaches with lots of open areas for all to enjoy and beach amenities were available. The home offered comfortable outside seating areas on the deck and the front yard for enjoying your morning coffee and sunset refreshments. Our host was very welcoming and showed us their home, provided lists of wonderful local restaurants with incredible dishes & dessert, guides to shopping and local attractions.We had an incredible time and highly recommend this home.

Clean, Classic, and Well Appointed

My family and I had a great stay at Sea Oaks. The property was immaculately clean and had classic beach house vibes. I love to cook and I appreciated the well equipped kitchen & clean grill in the back. Shoutout to the excellent small library in the main living area. The location was as described and it was extremely convenient to be so close to the beach. The included beach accessories & bikes were clean, functional, and saved a lot of hassle vs. having to rent them or bring ourselves. My only caveat is that for families with small children, 3 & under, the central staircase is brutal to manage. There is an included baby gate but it was difficult to deploy. But barring that we were very pleased.

Worth Repeat Visits!

This is our second stay at this property this year. We absolutely love the location, the size of the home, and the generous hospitality of Andra, the homeowner. The kitchen is perfect if you love to cook, like me, and the bedrooms are all comfortable. The house is right across the street from beach access and the homeowner provides extra chairs and beach toys that make everything super easy. There are books and games and movies to enjoy too! We are happy to be repeat visitors and hope to be able to stay at Sea Oaks for many years to come.

Relaxing Vacation

The home was beautiful and in a great location on 30A. Just steps away from the beach and came with all kinds of beach equipment for our use. Close to our favorite restaurants. It was just my wife and I but would definitely rent this property again and have plenty of room for our kids and three grandkids. They would love the easy access to the beach!

Incredible Host and Location!

From the moment we booked this property, we were impressed. The host was incredibly responsive, kind, and accommodating. The house is well stocked, clean, and in the best possible location! You truly are 65 steps from the beach and in the heart of everything that 30A has to offer. There was a booking error that was 100% my fault and our host was so kind and accommodating to our family. We can’t thank them enough and we will certainly be back!

Fantastic location!

Fantastic location across the street from the beach. Very easy walk and access to not-too-busy sand and surf. Easy walk to Alys Beach for food and shopping. Quick drive or bike ride to groceries. House is spacious and very comfortable with everything you need for a great visit, including bikes, beach stuff, and a nicely stocked kitchen! Andra was friendly and attentive and very communicative. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Fully stocked, clean, well organized, spacious beach house in a convenient location.

Overall fantastic. A few thoughts, however to create an even greater experience. Here are a few ideas: 1. Provide higher quality bed linens, including duvets or comforters but especially sheets 2. Provide extra toilet paper and pager towels and facial tissues 3. Replace tattered beach towels 4. Provide a pop up tent at the beach 5. Provide a small portable cooler for the beach as well as reusable water bottles with lids and straws Thank you for all you did provide!

Owner was very accommodating and communicating was easy. The kitchen had all the hardware we needed to cook some great meals. The walk to the beach was just as stated in the description. We needed a few extra bikes and some beach towels and the owner had them waiting for us. Very nice!

Gem! Beautiful home steps from the beach with incredible host!

We had a fantastic say at Sea Oaks. We’ve been coming to the area for several years and have previously tried to balance proximity to the beach with cost. We have never been able to park at a single family home steps from the beach until finding Sea Oaks. The house is beautifully appointed, the owners have truly thought of everything. Between beach toys for the kids, a library of paperbacks to take to the beach and a kitchen that felt better appointed than my own, we were in sugar sand heaven. Andra, the host, was incredibly responsive and attentive, anticipating all of our potential questions and needs. We felt her tremendous hospitality from the moment we were greeted by her homemade s'mores kit. We will definitely be back!
