This luxurious, 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, 16th floor condo located in the Sterling Reef complex, has views of the Gulf of Mexico and will provide you with the perfect getaway. You can take in the beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico from the 25 ft wide balcony that accesses both the main bedroom and the living room. After a long day at the beach, you can lay down and kick your feet up in the cool AC while enjoying the comfy living room furniture that can also serve as an extra queen bed. The living room is also equipped with a smart TV. There is free wifi available for you if you're eager to share how amazing your vacation is going. The full kitchen stocked with all the utensils you need, provides you with the ideal space to whip up a delicious meal after a long day in the sun. You can easily stock up the kitchen with a quick trip to Public grocery only 1.5 miles away. If you get tired of your clothes and towels being covered in sand when you go on a beach vacation, we have got you covered. This condo has its own private washer and dryer that will leave your items as good as new. No need to overpack! After your adventurous day you can end your night by sleeping next to a view of the Gulf of Mexico in the master bedroom, equipped with a luxurious king size NECTAR mattress, smart TV with cable, and a secluded bathroom containing a tub and shower. The rest of your guests can occupy the queen bed in the second room which also provides a full private bathroom. If needed, there is a rollaway bed provided. Due to renters stealing them, we are no longer able to provide beach chairs and towels. You can rent 2 chairs and an umbrella on the beach for $50/day. There is also a gift shop down the street where you can purchase them cheap.

After each stay, this condo is inspected and serviced by a top notch cleaning service to ensure that the condo is left spotless for the next renters. Furthermore, a deep clean is done at the start of every month. The condo will be stocked with the following:
