Enjoy world-class beaches, shops and restaurants that dot the communities of Seacrest, Alys and Rosemary Beach. Treetop neighborhood is a gem along 30A as it is gated and has access to both 30A or 98. Close to all the amazing things 30A has to offer, but with the bonus of being a bit more private.

Relax by the community pool across the street from the house or take advantage of the complimentary tram! Our tram picks you up right outside the house and will take you to Seacrest Beach or Inlet Beach Access.

After a long day at the beach, head back to Sandcastle and relax on the patio with a glass of wine surrounded by nature.

Quick access to 98 if you want to head West to Destin or East to PCB.
