Boek dit prachtige appartement aan de kust, platina. We zijn blij om extra upgrades voor het zomerseizoen 2019 aan te kondigen: Nieuwe matrassen op elk bed inclusief een nieuw kingsize bed en twee queensize bedden in de logeerkamer; Nieuwe tapijten; Nieuw balkonmeubilair inclusief 6 hoge stoelen met een nieuwe 40 "tafel en bijzettafel. Geniet van maaltijden op het balkon terwijl u geniet van het uitzicht, de zonsondergang en geluiden van de kust.

Tropic Winds 2209 is een van de weinige westkant, hoeken, bij Tropic Winds met majestueus uitzicht op meer dan 20 mijl van de kust. Zit op dit balkon en geniet van! Je zal nooit willen vertrekken. Dit ruime appartement is geschikt voor 6 personen en heeft 2 grote slaapkamers en badkamers. De woonkamer met golf-front en de grote slaapkamer, met een kingsize bed, grenst aan een extra groot balkon met ruimte voor iedereen. Slaap aan het geluid van de golven! De woonkamer kijkt uit over de Golf van Mexico en heeft prachtige blauwe en smaragdgroene uitzichten op de Golf. Een prachtige keuken met omhullende kasten, een ontbijtbar en een grote eethoek bieden alles wat u nodig heeft om te genieten van heerlijke maaltijden. De tweede slaapkamer is voorzien van 2 queensize bedden en biedt veel comfort voor iedereen.

Het balkon is voldoende ingericht met mooie meubels en open uitzicht op de hoek. Plan het grootste deel van je tijd op het balkon door met dutjes te doen, te ontstressen en te genieten van de schoonheid en het uitzicht op onze smaragdgroene kustlijn van 20+ mijl. Majestueuze zonsondergangen zijn gratis inbegrepen!

Gratis internet WiFi is voorzien, samen met televisies in de woonkamers en slaapkamers. U hoeft uw tijd niet te zoeken op zoek naar een beschikbare parkeerplaats, dit appartement bevat een speciale gereserveerde parkeerplaats, alleen voor u onder het gebouw en dichtbij de liften.

Our stay at this condo was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, Greta’s staff made us feel welcome with their warm hospitality and attention to detail. The unit itself was immaculate and beautifully designed, but the real highlight was the breathtaking view of the sunset from the west end unit —it was truly mesmerizing! One of the most magical moments of our trip was spotting a manatee right off the shore, a peaceful and unforgettable experience. Last of Summer Vaca

Planned a last vacation of summer getaway….love staying at this end of the beach, my favorite, love tropic winds, great condo, huge balcony, no complaints! We really needed this as my husband had just gotten out of the hospital and was still dealing with medical issues. He had a great time. We stayed in the ocean, shopped, ate, and sat. Saw the most marine life I’ve ever seen here! Just the best time and great condo for a family!

I would 100% recommend renting from Greta's Beach Rentals and would absolutely rent this unit again.The views were amazing and having a corner unit balcony was so nice. The building is quite easy to get to, only thing is is the parking garage is a little tight but no major issues.Bell carts are provided to easily load in all of your belongings into the unit. Elevators are quick, really didn't have to wait long. Beach service was nice as you'd just make a reservation for whichever chairs you wanted.

Girls trip 2023! We had a fabulous time and enjoyed staying at Tropic Winds! The condo was beautiful, comfortable, well equipped, and clean. We even found a regular coffee pot in the cabinet. We found extra beach supplies that we made good use of. There was nothing we needed that we did not have! The beach access was great, no steps involved, and just a short walk. The only thing that I didn't care for was the pool area at the side of the building. The sun was a very short visitor. It disappeared behind the building, and the area was shaded in the early afternoon. The wind was also very strong between the two buildings, so combined with the shade, it was a bit chilly in May. The building is north of the hustle and bustle, so we were able to relax and unwind. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again! Thank you for a wonderful time!

Beautiful Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Awesome condo with all the amenities!! Well stocked kitchen, plenty of beach toys & chairs, beautifully decorated and a GORGEOUS VIEW!! Highly recommend this unit for a family vacation or weekend beach get away!

August 2022 Stay

This condo, TW 2209, was amazing! The views are to die for and it is the perfect location. There is no long wait times for an elevator even with all of the condos in the entire condominium. The pool is excellent also. The condo is stocked with everything you need for cooking/baking! When we walked into this condo-we felt at home! We will most definitely return. The only issue we had honestly was the very hard beds, but some people prefer that-so it really isn’t an issue! We just know for future reference!
