Dit luxe vakantieappartement controleert alle vakken voor een fantastische strandvakantie! Wat kun je nog meer vragen? Een prachtig appartement aan het strand dat 20+ mijl van de kustlijn uitzicht vanaf het balkon omvat. Tropic Winds 2002 bevat ook gratis strandservice (15-3-10-10). Er is een gemakkelijke toegang tot elektronische sleutelcodes en een geweldige locatie in West Panama City Beach. Er zijn geen hotels aan weerszijden van Tropic Winds, geen bumper aan bumper verkeer, en je bent slechts 2 mijl van het fantastische Pier Park.

De keuken is volledig uitgerust en beschikt over roestvrijstalen keukenapparatuur, mixer, broodrooster, broodrooster oven en magnetron. Kookgerei, potten en pannen en schalen zijn ook inbegrepen. Beach view was amazing and you could enjoy from balcony; inside condo or inclusive beach chairs! Loved the wide long balcony (great for dancing; games; reading; relaxing; dining). I came to this Condo because of the description. when I first got there the view was amazing the balcony was huge and it had a of seating on the balcony. I went to use the bathroom (I know TMI) there was no water in the toilet and the bathroom toilet had boo boo stuck to the bottom of the toilet basin. I called the property manager because I had not even used the bathroom yet. The property manager offered to come and clean but at this point I just cleaned myself. That evening I went to get in the bed and there were long strains of hair in the bed. I have braids and this was my first night in the room, so it certainly was not mine. I went to the kitchen to get some water and the there were some moldy cups in the cabinet. After all of this I did let the property manager know and he thanked me for keeping him in the loop. Also, the balcony furniture had taken a beating. The chairs on the balcony had cushion material coming out of them and the leather seats at the table on the balcony are weathered and they had better days. Other than that the location was great. The beach service was amazing and a highlight to my trip. The hot tub was a nice size. The pool is a little dated and no heated. Thank you, Riley, for being so professional.

Amazing stay

Beautifully decorated, comfortable, clean, quiet, and excellent location! We’ve stayed many places over the years in PCB and this may be our favorite! The pool area is rather small and sits to the left of the condo but that was not a big deal for us.

Wonderful condo with great views of the ocean!

The unit was beautifully decorated and clean. Great for 2 people and enjoyed the free beach service! The parking garage is a little difficult driving in, but overall all everything was great!

Inside, property is is very accurately described in the listing. The decor and finishes are very nice. It had almost everything we needed for our stay. The management company was not responsive to emails prior to us arriving but did answer questions over the phone. A nightlight in the master and new pillows would be great. The shower curtain rods in both baths are rusting and need to be replaced. Also, this is the first place we have booked on VRBO that does not have any games. Not even a deck of cards. All minor things. We had a huge surprise at check in. Only one working elevator. Definitely out of the management company’s control but waking up 20 flights of stairs twice was not great. Also the power went out for about an hour on our first day. The elevator issue was resolved by day 3 and we did hear from residents that this was highly unusual. The beach set up company needs to be replaced IMO. Two days the guys did not show up and the other days they were hard to find. It was a bit frustrating as this is listed as a perk. The beach area in front of the building was pleasantly uncongested. We really appreciated that. The area lacks good restaurants. Pier Park is a total nightmare so we appreciated being a bit away from there.

Beautiful view for Florida Jeep Jam

We had an amazing experience on this property. Beautiful and comfy place to stay. The best thing is the view. I enjoyed breakfast on the balcony each morning while others were sleeping. It was peaceful for sure. We will stay again without a doubt.

Loved the condo! The beds were comfy, furnishings tasteful, and the location was great, nice and quiet. The balcony is quite large with awesome views. The pool area was really small and just so-so, but we loved having reserved beach chairs and umbrellas. I would recommend this unit.

Condo was as described and pictured in listing. Clean upon arrival. Well maintained. Easy, no hassle check in/entry. Parking suitable with clear instructions. Beds were quite comfortable. Large balcony with spectacular view and felt very private which was an unexpected bonus. Pool is a bit on the smaller size but not at all crowded the first week of August. Very appreciative to have a covered/shaded area of the pool for our youngest. Beach service (2 chairs and umbrella provided) was fantastic. Immediate responses to email inquiries before and during stay. The app was very convenient with all necessary info organized and easily accessible. Absolutely recommend Tropic Winds 2002.

Perfect condo!

This condo was excellent, even better than the pictures. We were right on the beach. The balcony is huge and the view is priceless. The beds are comfy, big TVs, kitchen has everything you need, elevators are fast, property manager responded promptly when we needed him. I highly recommend Tropic Winds 2002.

Wonderful Condo with a beautiful view

We had a wonderful time renting this condo for the week. For starters Esther was wonderful, her communication with you on the day of and throughout the trip is second to none. She keeps you informed and is right there on the property when you need her. She greeted us as soon as we got there which is something I’ve never had before in a rental. The condo is as advertised with the pictures and everything is up-to-date. The only thing that we had an issue with this trip was the parking garage, it’s a very narrow garage to navigate with bigger vehicles, but we didn’t run into any other vehicles coming down which was luck for us. Even with the garage being poorly engineered, I still believe this condo and experience are absolutely 100% worth it.

Esther was an amazing host to have. She was always there the instant I texted. She gave me all kinds of info as it was our 1st time in Florida. The condo was absolutely beautiful!! Clean!! The best balcony view ever. Short walk from the elevator right onto the beach. I will recommend esther's escapes to all my fellow Florida vacationers. She was delightful to deal with, and we had an amazing trip and made beautiful memories.

Wonderful place

This condo was exactly as pictured. It was so clean, beautifully decorated, and comfy. Everything in it seemed to be an “upgrade”. Check in was super easy and we loved having the keypad to get in the room instead of having to keep up with keys. The balcony was a great size and we enjoyed the view of the beach and sea life from the 20th floor. Tropic winds was a nicely kept condominium and it was quiet and family oriented. We haven’t stayed on the west side of PCB before, always having stayed down off Thomas drive, we really enjoyed how low key and quiet that end was. We never had to wait more than a minute or two for an elevator. The pool was smaller than other places we have stayed but it was never overcrowded and we really enjoyed that it was partially covered since we have two children who we wanted to keep out of the sun some. We enjoyed the convenience of having the beach chairs and umbrella each day to keep us in the shade and to lessen what we had to carry down to the beach and set up. Esther was a pleasure to work with and made us feel comfortable. It was nice knowing she was nearby if needed and she checked in on us by text to see if we needed anything a couple of times during our stay. The condo also had little “extras” that were provided that was so nice such as extra paper towels, toilet paper, hand soaps, and dishwasher pods. The dishes, knives, and cookware provided in the kitchen are great quality and we’re very handy. It was nice having an actual laundry room and the washer and dryer worked great. The beds were large and super comfy and we loved having a room with a ocean view and balcony. There was plenty of extra pillows, blankets, bath towels and such. The bathrooms were roomy and were very clean. I cannot say enough great things about this place and the manager. We will definitely be back!!

This had to be the nicest, cleanest condo we have ever stayed in all our years of vacationing in PCB! Beautifully decorated, extra large balcony with beautiful, comfortable furniture, and a perfectly stocked kitchen! Esther was a delight to work with! We will definitely return!
