  • Onze prachtige moderne appartement aan het strand ligt op de 7e verdieping met een adembenemend uitzicht op mijl van ongerepte witte zandstranden en smaragdgroen water. Wij bieden 3 slaapkamers en 3 volledige badkamers, waaronder twee grote slaapkamers aan het strand met toegang tot het balkon plus een extra 3e slaapkamer met kingsize bed. We hebben ook een gloednieuwe (2019) slaapbank voor 2 extra gasten. Alle slaapkamers zijn uitgerust met high-definition flatscreen-tv's. U vindt uw eigen privébadkamer met prachtige opgewaardeerde granieten werkbladen voor uw ultieme luxe-ervaring naast elke hoofdslaapkamer. Onze luxe condominium heeft een volledig uitgeruste keuken met verbeterde granieten werkbladen en roestvrijstalen apparaten en ontbijtbar. Breng kwaliteitstijd met het gezin door in de ruime woonkamer die is ontworpen met luxe en comfort in gedachten. Ontspan en kijk naar de grote 42 'High Definition flatscreen-tv. Er is ook gratis WiFi beschikbaar. VOLLEDIG FORMAAT voorlader wasmachine en droger bevinden zich in de unit. Last but not least vindt u het beste balkon op het strand! Een ruim balkon aan de voorzijde (10'x 42 ') 436 m² voor u om de meest ongelooflijke zonsondergangen en een prachtig uitzicht op de Costa Smeralda te ervaren.

    Tropic Winds Resort is een 164-eenheid, 23 verdieping woning met vier verdiepingen met eigen parkeerplaats gelegen op de zeer gewilde, westelijke stranden van Panama City Beach, in de buurt van het belangrijkste kruispunt van Highway 79 en Front Beach Road. Slechts 12 mijl naar de nieuwe internationale luchthaven en 2 mijl naar Pier Park en Frank Brown Park. We greatly enjoyed our stay! The views of the Gulf, beach and sunsets are incredible!The condo itself is spacious, the beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, the the balcony is spacious, and all furniture inside and out is very comfortable and as described.The amenities of being right on the beach, the hot tub, and indoor/outdoor pool were great!One improvement would be to provide hand soap at every sink, and dish soap to hand wash dishes. There was a bag of a couple different types of pods, but wasn't sure what each was for as I don't use pods at home.Also, the parking garage is very tight for a truck! Riley was able to give us a spot right outside of the parking garage that worked great!We highly recommend this rental! Riley with Greta Beach rentals is great to work with!

The kitchen and great room were open, and the balcony was exceptionally large to overview the white sands and hear the crashing waves. We played frisbee in the golf of America and we were able to grill our freshly caught fish from our offshore fishing trip. A memorable experience and we hope to make it back again soon.

Family trip over 4th of July Holiday

Room 703 had everything you could need for a family. Box fans in each room for noise was an amazing surprise. Pool floats, beach chairs and toys. Beds were nice, rooms were big. Balcony was huge! Everything was exactly as described on the listing. Close to shopping and restaurants. We ran into no surprises or problems and the entire family enjoyed the stay.

We loved our stay. The balcony was amazing over looking the beach/ocean. The location was good as well. Traffic not as crazy in front of the building. Elevators were all working, and the one time (1out of 3) was out of service it was fixed very quickly. Parking was awesome with reserved parking spot. The grounds are clean and well maintained. Bathrooms in the pool were always kept clean. My husband loved the steam room. Only complaint is the smoking… for a none smoking building the smell of cigarettes was everywhere (not all the time just every so often) - on the balcony, at the beach, and pool… people are inconsiderate. Don’t know why they book a stay at a none-smoking building if they want to smoke. Staff sure could step it up in that area. We have little kids. Cigarette smoke is toxic. Had to stay inside and couldn’t be on the balcony some days because of the smell. Disappointed by how cold the pool was, and because our kids are less than 12years old, we couldn’t warm up in the jacuzzi. It was COLD.
