As you enter, you'll be greeted by the inviting ambiance of this coastal gem. The first floor sets the stage for entertainment and relaxation with a versatile bonus room featuring a comfortable futon couch that has linens to accommodate 1 person to sleep on, a modern TV, a convenient mini fridge, and a half bath. It's the ideal space for unwinding after a day of exploring the bay or simply enjoying some downtime with your loved ones.

Venture up to the second floor, where the heart of the home beckons with a beautifully designed living area and a well-appointed kitchen. - Age restrictions: The registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation. The individual making this reservation must be 25 years old, must be present at check-in, and must remain for the entire length of the reservation.

- Beach towels are not included, please remember to pack your own.
