  • Blijf direct aan de Golf in Unit 611 ... 1 slaapkamer 2 badkamers appartement op Pelican Walk (4 personen) met een geweldig uitzicht! Gelegen aan de oostkant van PCB ... op slechts een steenworp afstand van het prachtige witte zandstrand.

    Ons appartement is GOLF VOOR en is onlangs bijgewerkt met NIEUW! vloeren, meubels en zachte kustinrichting! De slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed, nieuwe flatscreen-tv en aangrenzend Master Bath met een bad / douche-combinatie. De woonkamer heeft een NIEUW! Koningin slaapbank en loopt naar het balkon aan de Golf. Op een steenworp afstand is de tweede volledige badkamer met douche.

    De keuken is goed uitgerust met een grote koelkast met ijsblokjesmachine, fornuis, vaatwasser, magnetron, koffiezetapparaat, mixer, en alles wat u nodig heeft om maaltijden te bereiden. Ook inbegrepen is een full-size stapelbare wasmachine / droger in de flat. Het ruime balkon is de perfecte plek om te ontspannen en te genieten van de zonsondergang! Ideaal voor koppels en gezinnen met kinderen!

    Pelican Walk heeft 2 zwembaden, een bubbelbad, tennis, racquetball en nog veel meer! De locatie is ideaal ... dicht bij winkels, restaurants, mini-golf, vissen, St. Andrew's State Park en meer! U zult genieten van een verblijf in ons appartement !!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit 611 is beautifully updated, well-equipped and was very clean upon arrival. The beach chair rental is a favorite feature for us. I would not recommend sleeping on the sofa bed as it is extremely uncomfortable, as are most sofa beds! We loved the property upgrades to the pool decking and surrounding property landscaping. The property itself did have a couple of issues during our stay that were not problems with the specific unit or its owner, but greatly impacted our enjoyment (hence 4 stars). The elevator went out two times for a total of nine days out of our 14-day stay. Additionally, the property's water main burst and all units were without water for the majority of a day, leaving our guests unable to shower prior to leaving to return home. We have stayed at this property multiple times, but this was the first time to have such inconvenient facility issues. We expressed our concerns to the onsite property manager on the last day of our stay. She claimed to be unaware of the issues. She advised she would follow-up and have someone contact us, but to date, we have not had any contact.

The room was updated throughout, the AC, fans, and TVs works amazingly and the bed was pretty comfortable. My complaints or less positive comments are about the overall facility of Pelican Walk. When I turned down the bed on our first night, I was met with long dark strands of hair on the sheets and pillows. So after driving 9 hours and absolutely exhausted, I had to remove the bedding and wash it. That is clearly a housekeeping issue and not a unit issue. Also, the pool areas could really benefit from umbrellas. While it was not as hot as normal during the week we were there, it was so sunny and having the option to get out of the sun would have been great. The water pressure at the beach access was basically the same as me trying to spit to get sand off of things - terrible. Overall, the experience was fine. Additionally, one of the two elevators was down all week for maintenance, which was a slight inconvenience. Our unit was beautiful and well stocked.

And I can say, no matter what time of the year or what Unit we have stayed in, we have not been disappointed!! Unit 611 is very beautiful and met our every need. I am always impressed with the beds in the Units. Nothing like a good nights sleep before heading back out to the beach. And as I’ve said before, the staff here at Pelican Walk is the BEST! Looking forward to our October Stay!

It wasn't particularly clean when we arrived (ie, glass surfaces were not clean, table surfaces had not been dusted in some time, debris in bathroom floors). However, the room was fine. The vertical blinds need to be replaced as several slats are missing and the afternoon sun is brutal when you're not able to close the blinds all the way. All in all, we had a great stay. The weather couldn't have been better and we love PW in general.
