The food needs to improve. I ordered chicken wings and they were terrible. I couldn't eat them. The breakfast was good.

First room was not clean and didn't have a workjng phone. Second room was not clean and adjoining room was loud. Third room was clean but didnt have a clock. Towels were inconsistent. None of the rooms were comfortable/cozy. Yhe beds left a lot to be desired. The restaurant was good but the room was not what im accustomed to. The Dallas Crown Pkaza would never. If i cojld have found another room on sjoet notice cor the duratioj of our stay i wojld bave left. Staff tried to accommodate but they arent responsible for the investment in the hotel to put it on the same level as their u.s. locations.

My family and I were weary from a long international travel day. Check in was rapid, friendly and welcoming. Exactly what we needed. The front desk clerk ensured breakfast for the 3 of us which was perfect. Very comfortable, recharging stay. Will stay here again.

Top of the line elegance
Our stay at this hotel was very nice and I would stay here again. Checking was nice and easy, all the staff were wonderful and quite helpful. Hotel offered a free breakfast which was extremely elegant and delicious. It was a hot breakfast with imaginable from eggs, steak with pepper, fresh orange juice, hot coffee, tea, fresh carved fruit, variety of breads, waffles, hot and cold cereal, yogurts, deli meats cold cut style and cheese platters, etc. And elegant as all tables had white table clothes and real silverware place settings. My husbands’s described it as “top of the line”. Did I mention super affordable!!!!

The service at this hotel was excellent from the concierge front desk who helped with all travel and driver arrangements. All staff from restaurant to bar service was excellent.

Property looks great from outside, but the room was outdated, the curtains looked dirty and old, all the windows were filthy, the bathroom had (some sort of) black mold on the ceiling and the walls; the toilette was broken (had to told the lever down to the able to flush). The rest of the hotel (all common areas), entrance, reception, restaurant, bar, snack bar were clean and in great condition.

This is the crowne plaza right? Cause it did not feel like it. I have stayed in Crowne Plaza hotels throughout the world and this left much to desire in the customer service part. I don't think customer service is a big thing in Panama. The hotel restaurant and bar specifically needs better service. You can just stand there waiting to be seated or waiting to be served at the bar and the bartenders or waiters can be right infront of you and still not ask what you need. It is really odd. Almost disrespectful. After a minute we actually had to tell them hey i am here and i need a drink. The restaurant glasses were dirty and there was and actual bug in one of our glasses of water. Horrible. Anyways it is a shame because we expect so much more.

Dificultades con la App para diferenciar hoteles.
El hotel estuvo bien, pero yo requería el hotel al lado del aeropuert. Cuando hice la reserva era en el Crown Plaza. No sabía que había dos. Sugiero que la App haga un esfuerzo por mostrar la diferencia en los hoteles y así evitar este tipo de dificultades. Gracias.

The location is close to the Metro subway system, restaurants and casinos. The property is OK, not that luxurious but good enough for a sound sleep in the city. The breakfast experience is pretty good.

Older hotel, but relatively clean with everything you need. Pool is small and just ok, nothing special. Good breakfast and great view of Iglesia del Carmen. I enjoyed hearing the church bells every morning at 6:00 am.

The hotel is under renovation and there wasnt any information of this when tge booking was made. The entire lobby is closed of and you have pass through the service elevator to access your room which path is old and dirty and a terrible ambience!

Fue un desastre, ni siquiera llegue a quedarme por el mal estado de las habitaciones. Esta todo en remodelación y me hicieron pagar un desayuno en un restaurante que estaba al aire libre sin techo. Aún no han querido devolverme el dinero de la reserva a pesar de que no me quede por el pésimo servicio y las condiciones lamentables de las instalaciones.

We stayed one night before returning home to Europe. We were upgraded on check in which was greatly appreciated. Hotel is refurbishing Restaurant and Reception so not operating at full capacity regarding those aspects. But as soon as done it is certainly a very nice option at reasonable cost. Reception was helpful and attentive. High speed WiFi available for free.

It was wonderful I enjoy staying at this hotel staff are courteous, professional, room clean and well lighted, great Buffett, lots of shopping area. I highly recommend this hotel when ever you visit Panama you will love it as I do :-)
