Whilst reviews are extremely encouraging, we were very disappointed with the room. The interior was very outdated, the bed was falling apart, windows were held together with tape and dirty tissues.. we decided to leave the hotel immediately. Not recommended for a romantic stay!

Nice hotel
We were in the hotel for 5 nights. The rooms are very spacious. They changed towels every day. There was a basic breakfast that was nice to start the day with. It was easy to go around the city and it was a safe area to walk around at night.

De kamer was comfortabel met een stille airco. We keken uit op een blinde muur op een meter afstand. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was eenvoudig, maar goed genoeg.

The first day the front desk attendant charged me $45 he said I did not have a reservation. I had to talk to someone else and I though I got my money back, it was a bad first impression. AC was not working properly, the small fridge was not working right and it tool a couple of days to get it replaced. They had a toaster connected to an electrical extension and the breaker will not stay on. I got ill and needed to come back before. I liked Panama, people very friendly, but I know I will never go back to this hotel.

The coffee table was broken and the broken side piece was just set into place, the stand up mirror was very unstable. There was black mold on the ceiling of the shower stall. The shower stall had no soap dish, just a rusted piece of hardware where it used to be and the granite floor of the walk in shower was extremely slippery. They had no coffee maker in the room, no Wifi in the room we had to go to the lobby for internet. Our room was not made up by housekeeping and when I asked for 2 dry towels the evening before departure, there were none. Overall we were disappointed. On a positive note, it was quiet for sleeping and the serving lady at breakfast was a lovely lady.

La ubicación es lo único que puedo decir, hay mucho olor a humedad, fui ubicado en una habitación con problemas ya que una de las unidades de aire acondicionado estaba fuera de servicio.

we regret the problem had with the hot water but front desk offered a change of room immediately reported the problem and you refused to change it was the only things we could do at the moment.

Good value for the money. Hotel is looking tired and worn. We had a very large room with a king size bed and large sitting area with a chair, sofa and writing desk. The window shades were broken and tied up with twine and the view outside was of an abandoned building. The staff was very helpful and nice and the daily breakfast was very good.

A dump and terrible hotel
Terrible terrible terrible. Lights did not work, no hangers, no iron, no hot water, windows wont shut. At the time of checkout, i have to wait for 30 mins because no one was at feont. At the time of check in, they charge $25 for the extra person even my booking mention 2 people. This is a most terrible stay of my life and i travel once a week.

gracias por hospedarse con nosotros, respondiendo su queja hemos hecho una investigacion interna y en su caso se le cobro la persona extra ya que las damas de compañia no entran en la categoria de persona adicional , la politica de persona adicional de nuestro hotel dicta que debe registrarse con el huesped principal al momento del check in y ser la persona que acompañe al cliente en toda su estadia , nuestras planchas son a vapor tipo robot , agua caliente claro que hay solo debe girar la perilla con la letra H a la izquierda lamentamos que su estadia no fuese placentera.

Did not stay here but went to property to view the rooms and the property. This property although clean is in very poor condition as far as maintenance and upkeep are concern. rooms with pealing walls very dirty carpet on hallways.

Deville Hotel Boutique, Panama City: Nice hotel. Big room. Relatively good breakfast, but starting at 7 am. Helpful reception. It seems Panama City does not have a down town, but the hotel is near main streets where shops & people are. Numerous restaurants of all kinds.

Pleased and happy
Really large room with desk and sitting area. Very comfortable king bed. Extra large bathroom and huge shower in a white marble room. The furniture was an antique wood that complemented the rooms decor. I was very pleased with the hotel and breakfast, would stay again

Interesting place. No hot water... probably won't be back because of that. A simple carpet cleaning in Hall 2nd floor would go a long way in cleanliness presentation. All in all it's a decent place with A LOT of potential.

La experiencia fue dulce amarga al llegar pensé que el hotel estaba abandonado por el concepto boutique.... al subir a la habitación un cambio muy agradable... cómodas, amplias, limpias, más de lo se espera por ese precio... al momento de desayunar nuestra mayor decepción el personal muy pesado... diciendo que no podíamos agarrar queso ni pan porque se terminaría esto fue muy desagradable y fue todos los 5 días que estuvimos aca... mejor no incluir el desayuno o capacitar mejor a su personal

Location is excellent. Close to the water and excellent places to eat. Truly unique layout. Towels are sad, water will never get hot, though much of Panama City does not have hot water. Breakfast is fine. Coffee maker in room is available upon request.

Horrível -PIOR EXPERIÊNCIA HOTELEIRA DA MINHA VIDA
Hotel não confere com as informações prestadas no site do hotéis.com. Hotel é antigo, quarto fede a mordo, lençóis são inadequados pro tamanho da cama(lençóis finos e pequenos, dormimos praticamente no colchão) toalhas estavam rasgadas, café da manhã horrível (pão duro, atendente mal educada e nem tinha leite quente), para piorar nosso quarto só tinha 1 travesseiro. Fomos na recepção pedir um outro travesseiro pois o quarto e cama era para casal e um senhor mal humorado do turno da noite/madrugada disse que era SÓ UM TRAVESSEIRO POR CAMA, E PONTO FINAL. Tive que questionar muito para ele conseguir 1 outro travesseiro. JAMAIS ME HOSPEDAREI NESTE HOTEL NOVAMENTE. A PIOR EXPERIÊNCIA EM HOTÉIS DA MINHA VIDA.

Mal atendido nada más llegar no se me facilitó información sobre el desayuno ni el horario ni similar tampoco se me dio el número del teléfono de recepción ni ninguna otra información como cuál era el mando para el aire acondicionado. Tuvo que cambiar de habitación porque una vez acomodado no funcionaba ni el agua ni la wifi y no recibí ningún tipo de disculpa ni similar. Llegue a las 9 al desayuno y no quedaba casi ninguna tabla con comida. En general pésimo servicio

Sehr angenehm, gerne wieder, wenn der Preis stimmt
Hotel ist bestens gelegen, downtown, im Herzen der City, una trotzdem sehr ruhig. Es fehlten jedwede Art von Getränken, Wasser musste teuer in der Hotel eigenen Cigar Lounge gekauft werden. Es gab keinen Fön, wurde aber auf Bitte vom Housekeeping nachgeliefert. Junior Suite geräumig, sauber, aber alles etwas veraltet. Im ganzen Haus fehlt ein leichtes Investment Update.Continental Breakfast qualitativ etwas ärmlich. Aufenthalt alles in allem sehr angenehm.

Struttura datata, ma confortevole
La struttura è situata in zona centrale, nei pressi del Royal Casinò e di molti bar e ristoranti. Le stanze sono ampie e spaziose, l'arredamento da rinnovare. Colazione ai limiti della sufficienza. Personale gentile.
