Zoek niet verder BEACH HOUSE !!! Onze 4 slaapkamers 3 badkamers strand huis slaapt 2-12 comfortabel en ligt direct aan het Seacrest Pool Deck! Dat klopt, uw eigen privé-poort op het 13.000 vierkante meter grote zwembad in lagunestijl met watervallen en waterlandschappen! Nieuw voor 2019 is een tiki-bar / restaurant aan het zwembad. Verse tandbaars sandwiches of Oyster Po jongens bij het zwembad! Er zijn ook drankjes voor kinderen, evenals drankjes voor volwassenen. Er is ook live entertainment bij het zwembad op vrijdag- en zaterdagmiddag. Wij zijn een van de slechts tien huizen die direct aan het zwembad zitten met een eigen toegangspoort. Alle nieuwe beddengoed en beddengoed in 2018! Locatie, locatie, lopen naar het strand of neem de gratis pendelbus vanaf uw deur. Lopen naar het strand van Alys, of Rosemary, waar u tal van geweldige winkels, koffiebars, wijnbars en de beroemde snoepwinkel Suikerhut vindt. Nieuwe High Def "Smart TV" voor 2018. Neem uw Amazon- en Netflix-accounts mee. 4 YOLO Beach Bike Cruisers inbegrepen. Eerste verdieping is er een kinderkamer met een stapelbed voor 4 personen. Aan de overkant van de hal is een kamer met een queensize bed. Open je achterdeuren en je op het pooldeck. Boven is een koningin suite met ligbad, balkon, en over de hal is de enorme kingsize suite met zithoek, zijn en haar kasten, een grote badkamer, balkon met uitzicht op het lagunezwembad.


Loop naar geweldige winkels, koffiebars, restaurants, Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach. We hebben 4 YOLO-strandfietsen, dus neem het fietspad naar het beroemde Seaside voor lunch of winkelen. Seaside is de thuisbasis van verschillende filmsterren en het is waar de film 'The Truman Show' werd gefilmd.

Great Location

Beautiful home, great location! Everything was closely located. Made it easy to get to and from the beach and pool areas. Restaurants and shops are within easy walking/ biking distance. We were here for Spring Break. The beach and pool areas were very crowded. I would definitely return but not during spring break.

Clean and luxurious property

House was perfectly located next to the pool. House was very clean. The pool was resort style, very large. Two block walk to beach, however you can take the tram which is amazing. Shops and restaurants within walking distance. All amenities in the home were perfect. Balconies were wonderful to sit out in and relax. We brought our chihuahua and he loved the house and green areas of the property. Having bikes to ride was great although we did not use them. We had a great time and would highly recommend this to anyone as it is in a great location with lots to do.

We did like the house and location, however were really disappointed with the condition/cleanliness upon arrival. Our first 24 hours were dominated by communicating with owner, meeting with cleaning staff (they cleaned the toilets and delivered a second key that was supposed to be in unit but wasn’t), and doing some cleaning ourselves in order to feel comfortable. The owners ended up crediting us the cleaning fee. We felt a bigger credit was warranted, given we spent our own time dealing with the issues and cleaning ourselves.

Homeowner was quick to respond to all questions and requests. Property location is great for the pool (only steps away), access to beach and all shopping we wanted to do. Had a few issues during the stay but owner quickly had issues addressed. Great house. For future visitors; recommend renting beach chairs from Dolce Vita long before you arrive.

Fantastic house and location

This house was spectacular! We had a fabulous stay and loved walking to all the shops and restaurants. The main draw for us was that we could bring our dogs on vacation with us. We absolutely loved the access to the pool and that we could call a number and have a golf cart come pick us up and drive us and all our stuff to the beach! The house was very well stocked and even has an air compressor for rafts. We will definitely rent this house again in the future!

We enjoyed our stay! The close access to the pool was a great addition to our beach trip. The alt bikes that came with the home were perfect and we were able to easily get to many attractions around the Rosemary/Seacrest/Alys area. Home was very clean and well decorated!

Amazing Pool Deck House!

Amazing updated house and direct access to the pools! Property close the the main entrance so it's a short walk to the beach (in between two tram stops as well) and the Village Shops. Dog-friendly property and location can't be beat. The Burkes provided great communication and service during the stay. Definitely a property we will look to for future visits to 30A! We had a great time and the pool deck house was great!

Property is literally steps away from the pool and the tram that drops you off at the beach. With small children in tow, this proved to be ideal for us. The house was well kept and had all the amenities you'd expect. Perhaps the only noticeable absence was that of basic household supplies like trash bags, toilet paper and dishwasher pods, which we needed to grab from the local Publix. Considering this is one of the few dog-friendly properties with the location it has, this is definitely a property we will look to for future visits to 30A!

Open the back gate....swim deck. Walk down three doors...tram stop. Walk to shops and food vendors. The house worked well for our family. The first floor queen bedroom is small as is the bathroom, but it was fine for a week. Would definitely rent again! Nice owners as well

We stayed at this same property nearly 10 years ago. It was fabulous then and is still is! Right on the best resort style pool we've seen and convenient to beautiful Rosemary beach with the softest, cleanest sand around. Very friendly and accommodating staff and lots to do within walking distance.
