Tropic Winds 1401 is een prachtig ingericht appartement aan het strand, aan het strand. Het pand beschikt over op maat gemaakte vloeren, aangepaste verf, lederen meubels, comfortabele bedden, volledig ingerichte full-size keuken, wasruimte, enorme oversized balkon, etc .. Geniet van uw strandvakantie in een van de mooiste appartementen van Tropic Winds.

De master suite is voorzien van een kingsize bed, een eigen badkamer met een combinatie van een douche / bad, een flatscreen-tv en toegang tot het balkon! Geniet van de prachtige uitzichten op de golf vanuit de slaapkamer of slaap op het geluid van de golven.

De logeerkamer is voorzien van een kingsize bed met een eigen toegang tot het gastenbad. Bekijk je favoriete films op de flatscreen-tv. Het bad is voorzien van een combinatie douche / bad. De logeerkamer is ruim en groot met veel ruimte (niet uw typische kleine slaapkamer die andere appartementen hebben).

De keuken is voorzien van mooie wrap-around, kersen gekleurd, kasten. Toestellen omvatten koelkast / vriezer met ijsblokjesmachine, combi fornuis / oven, magnetron, vaatwasser en voedselverwijdering. Een koffiezetapparaat is aanwezig, voor onze liefhebbers van java, maar ook voor blender, broodrooster, enz. De bijgeleverde wasruimte beschikt over een gestapelde, grote frontlader, wasmachine en droger.

Een extra groot, ruim balkon aan de voorkant van de golf, met een uitzicht van meer dan 20 mijl langs de kust, is voorzien voor uw volledige plezier. Geniet van een diner bij zonsondergang met uitzicht op de golf of neem een broodnodige dutje compleet met de geluiden van de golven. Het balkon is om voor te sterven en ieders favoriete kenmerk van deze accommodatie.

Tropic Winds is perfect gelegen aan het rustigere, westelijke uiteinde van Panama City Beach en ligt ook slechts 3,2 km van het populaire restaurant, het winkel- en uitgaansgebied van Pier Park.

Great location with even better views

We had a blast at this property. Breathtaking views of every sunrise and sunset thanks to it being a corner unit on the east side of the building. Location was great for shopping and entertainment and the beach is great in front of the property. The daily use of lounge chairs and umbrella was also great to have. Can’t wait to go back with our daughters.

Great Stay

Had a great time here at Greta’s beachfront rental. Steps to the beach and nice and clean when we arrived. Close to anywhere we needed to go. The balcony is huge and one of the best we have been on. The furniture was lovely on the balcony. Our whole group of 6 stayed long hrs on the balcony in comfort and still had plenty of space. The free beach chairs and umbrella was a major plus! Highly recommend this condo for anyone wanting to come to PCB. Great experience our 9 day stay! The owner was very friendly and helped ASAP with our extra parking needs. Will return soon.

Iverall, a good experience. The cleanliness was surely lacking, as someone else had also commented in the past especially with a smelly refrigerator. Felt like the cleaners need to be taken to task for that. Owners took the time to decorate the apartment well. Spacious place too. We did have an inconvenience with couple of boxes being delivered at the doorstep, which did not get removed even after communicating with the property Manager, not sure why. They kept lying there all the time at the door itself. Also, they were spot on when the listing said about bringing your own supplies. They have absolutely nothing in the kitchen, not even salt or pepper or a dishwashing tab. So, make sure to bring your own stuff for the kitchen especially if you have children.

The cleanliness was adequate but seemed like the cleaners only did surface cleaning. Parking in the garage was very challenging if you had a midsize vehicle or larger. We parked across the street in their lot most of the time due to the hassle of going up 2 levels to park in our "spot". The beach crew was non challant. The ammenities were adequate. Nothing special. Beach was gorgeous. Views fabulous. Many rules to obey. No smoking anywhere. Not outside, not on the patio, not on the property or the beach. A little restrictive I would say. Most places say not inside. Once was enough for us for that property. A lot of places nearby to eat. Grocery store and pharmacy a mile a way. We did what we came to do.

Condo looked great when we walked in, but in closer inspection, was not the cleanest. Floors had crumbs in crunch areas, dust and cobwebs in corners behind curtains. I know it is hard to keep windows clean, but the big patio door was smeary 3/4 the way up in an attempt to clean, the rest of the way up no attempt at cleaning at all. I know these seem minor, but when paying a cleaning fee, we shouldn't see these things when first coming in. On a positive note, beds, furniture and placement of the condo were all great, we would definitely book again!!

Reviewer Comments: This direct beachfront unit had the largest balcony of any condo we have rented with a beautiful ocean/beach view and complementary beach service. The balcony had a full-sized table and chairs plus two loungers and didn't trap heat since there were two sides open to air flow. The A/C worked well, mattresses were comfortable, sufficient linens and toiletry items and cooking utensils. Leather sofas. Adam with Greta Rentals was excellent in following up and following through. Cons: Difficult parking garage to maneuver. I never got the hang of it without backing up each time I turned to go up and down the levels in my small SUV. For an upper tier rental price after all fees added, it would have been nice to have better and bigger soap, a couple of laundry pods and a dishwasher pod or two. The spring was off the coffee ground holder that allows you to pour a cup while still brewing. All minor things. We had an excellent time in this very nice condo.
