    Kom en geniet van deze prachtige, 2 slaapkamer, Gulf front condo op de 16e verdieping bij Tropic Winds. U zult genieten van een mooie keuken, wasruimte, een groot balkon en een master bedroom aan de Golf - voor een geweldige prijs!

    De keuken is helemaal nieuw met veel upgrades, waaronder granieten aanrechtbladen en alle roestvrijstalen apparaten. In aanvulling op de upgrades, is de keuken gevuld met alle dingen die nodig zijn om een maaltijd voor uw familie / groep te bereiden. Je zult potten, pannen, bakwaren, kookgerei, eetgerei, borden, glazen en meer vinden. Je vindt er ook een magnetron, mixer, mixer, broodrooster en koffiepot. Al het gemak van thuis!

    Het eetgedeelte biedt voldoende ruimte voor familie- / groepsmaaltijden met zitplaatsen aan de eettafel en meer aan het loket met barkrukken. Geweldig, niet alleen om te dineren, maar ook voor sociale bijeenkomsten en speelkaarten of bordspellen!

    Vervolgens vindt u de woonkamer met een direct uitzicht op het water! De woonkamer is prachtig ingericht met een queensize slaapbank, samen met zijden zitplaatsen, Ottomaanse, verlichting, grote flatscreen-tv, dvd-speler, fans en gordijnen voor privacy.

    Deze prachtige Tropic Winds-accommodatie biedt een master bedroom met uitzicht op de Golf, die is uitgerust met een kingsize bed, luxe beddengoed, een flatscreen-tv, verlichting bij het bed, een warme inrichting en een plafondventilator. De grote schuifdeur biedt toegang tot het balkon dat u kunt openen en luisteren naar de zachte geluiden van de golven terwijl u in slaap valt. De master suite heeft een eigen grote badkamer met een bad / douche combinatie en badlinnen.

    De gastenkamer is ingericht met een kingsize bed met mooi en comfortabel beddengoed, bedverlichting, een flatscreen-tv met dvd-speler en een plafondventilator. Er is toegang vanuit de slaapkamer naar de tweede badkamer. De badkamer heeft een bad / douchecombinatie en is volledig gevuld met alle badlinnen.

    Het privébalkon is een van de grootste die u in de omgeving vindt. Vanaf het balkon kunt u het water met de hemel zien, dolfijnen springen, meeuwen vliegen, strandgangers wandelen, parasailen, varen, snorkelen en nog veel, veel meer. Het balkon is volledig ingericht en biedt een ontspanningsruimte om te genieten van zonsondergangen, zonsopkomsten en privédiners.

This is a perfect place to stay for beach visit. Out of the way of busy downtown PC, close to the donut shop, and right off the beach. The condo was super clean and well furnished.

There was an issue with the thermostat but they were quick to respond. Located on the west side of town so less traffic, wifi was stong, it was clean, comfortable beds, and the paper towels were high quality and not the cheap ones that just move water around.

Great Condo, Great Location

Tropic Winds is a great location -- on the beach, and was not crowded. The elevators did not take long, and the property is well maintained. Our condo was clean and nicely decorated. We would definitely book again!

Best condo in the panhandle!

This condo was so clean!! The beds so comfortable! The whole condo had beautiful upgrades. All around the best we’ve found on the panhandle. The rental company was responsive and eager to help whenever we had a question. Highly recommend!

My husband and I couldn't have been more pleased with our unit. Amazing views, beautiful condo. We had everything we needed. Very quiet and couldn't hear any of our neighbors. Unit was very clean, comfortable beds. We will definitely be back again. We hate that we have to go back home and wish we could stay forever.

The unit itself was absolutely beautiful, exceptionally clean, and the views were spectacular—exactly as described. Unfortunately, the overall property and amenities left quite a bit to be desired.Parking was extremely tight, and it was very difficult for visiting family members to find a place to park. The unit was also inadequately stocked for six guests, with only about a quarter of a roll of toilet paper in one bathroom and half a roll in the other.We were disappointed with the beach umbrella service as well. Setup was late, and the umbrellas were later taken down due to wind gusts, so we really did not get to enjoy that amenity.I had communicated several times that we were locals staying to celebrate my daughter’s 13th birthday. While I certainly did not expect anything elaborate, I was surprised there was no acknowledgment at all—not even a simple note wishing her a happy birthday. A small personal touch would have meant a lot.The property itself could use some renovations and updating, particularly in the common areas. Overall, the unit was beautiful, clean, and had truly spectacular views, but the amenities and overall guest experience did not quite match the quality of the unit itself.
