'the view of ships passing thru the Panama Canal was very nice! very comfortable stay, will definitely stay at IHG properties again'

'We got the room right next to the reception. It was nice and clean, but in the morning the staff sat right outside our window. Although they weren’t loud, I could still hear them, and it would’ve been weird to open the curtains with them sitting right there. 'Great location under the Bridge of the Americas'

'Room was dirty, full of dirt and dust. Missing clean towels! Bugs in the shower. Property outdated.'
